Fine place to stay.

The rooms are spacious and have a bath. The location is very quiet. Somewhat old, but clean and functioning. I have not used any facilities other than in the room, but they looked quite ok. (like fitness, tennis court etc)

I had the impression they were unaware of my stay when I checked in. Also on checkout it seems that administration isn't their strongest suit. Its hard to communicate if they don't speak English. Common in Germany, but considering they are next to an international airport you might have expected more. I therefor had no info on anything considering the facilities. Also a bit creepy if someone shouts AUSWEIS to you right after memorial day.

Great place for a work out

I booked this hotel because it has a gym. I believe this gym is just as big as the one in my hometown. It has all the equipment to do a full work out. I didn't had the breakfast included. However, the lady at the reception was kind enough to offer me ice for my cooling box (at no charge). The beds were okay. The parking is close to the entrance of the hotel. If you are for example into body building and you don't want to intermit your training, this hotel is a real bargain in my opinion.

Even though the window could open, the room felt warm (it was about 19 degrees celcius that day).

The receptionist during the dayshift on 15th and 16th August was absolutely unprofessional, unpolite and rude and had a very bad English. I have never met such behaviour before. There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage des Hotels, riesiger Fitness- und Sportbereich, den wir leider aufgrund des Zeitmangels nicht nutzen konnten. Zimmer sauber und komfortabel, Frühstück frisch und ausreichend und das Personal war nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Toller Service

Ein toller Aufenthalt: sehr freundliches Personal. schöne Zimmer, super Fitnessbereich. Uns wurde beispielsweise sehr geholfen als mein Sohn sein Portemonnaie im Zimmer vergaß. Bereits am Folgetag traf es mit der Post ein. Herzlichen Dank!

Die Nähe zum Messegelände

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschwand war voller Kalkflecken und schwarzen Stockflecken in den Ecken. Der Seifenspender war dreckig. Die Lichtschalter und Türgriffe waren dreckig.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Ruime kamers, schoon en prima bedden.

Na het inchecken werd ons verteld dat het ontbijt gecanceld was omdat er te weinig gasten waren. Het was niet mogelijk iets te eten te krijgen, geen excuus en geen alternatief werd geboden. Erg jammer omdat we vanwege een dieet een hotel uitzoeken met goede ontbijtmogelijkheden en het is fijn als je op doorreis bent niet nog moet zoeken naar een locatie waar je vroeg kunt ontbijten. Eigenaresse was zeer kortaf en niet vriendelijk in de communicatie. Personeel doet daarentegen wel hun best. Uiteindelijk kregen we nog een kop koffie aangeboden. Jammer, maar voor ons een éénmalige overnachting. Het was een erg warme avond, er was geen airco.

De ligging

Afvoer in de douche stonk. We hebben twee drankjes gedronken in de bar, toen we wilden afrekenen met de betaalkaart konden we alleen betalen boven de tien euro en werden we verzocht om nog iets te drinken of iets mee te nemen naar de kamer tot we aan een bedrag boven tien euro kwamen. Ik heb dan gevraagd om dit op de rekening van de kamer te zetten maar dat deden ze ook niet

Gebucht wurde bei booking mit Frühstück. Dies war dem Hotel nicht bekannt - musste mithin vor Ort "nachgeholt" werden. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr überschaubar. Es gab Kaffee aus dem Thermobehälter. Hafermilch usw. - heute woanders Standard - suchte man vergebens. Für ein "Sporthotel" war die Auswahl überraschend klein.

Die Lage ist gut, sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war ok. Sehr bequeme Betten. Verdunklungsvorhänge.

Kein Aufzug, aber das habe ich bei der Buchung wohl übersehen. Als Rollatornutzerin beschwerlich. Zimmer sehr warm, da Südseite. Ein Fenster von zwei ließ sich nur mit Hilfe des Hausmeisters vollständig öffnen, das andere nur auf Kippe. Lt. Beschreibung Zimmer mit Dusche, bekommen habe ich eins mit Badewanne. Hätte am nächsten Tag tauschen können, war mir für eine Nacht zu aufwendig. Beim Bezahlen sollte ich 2x Frühstück bezahlen, obwohl ich es nicht gebucht und nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Bestätigung vorgelegt und die Rechnung wurde korrigiert. Ein Unding, dass um 23.30 Uhr noch das Schwimmbecken benutzt wurde und das nicht gerade leise.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, ebenso das Bad. Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl und guten Produkten. Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Gut erreichbar und dennoch ruhig gelegen.

Die auf der Internetseite veröffentlichte Speisekarte des Restaurants, besonders die dort gezeigten Preise, sollten dringend aktualisiert werden.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut . Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Aussicht war klasse und sehr ruhig . Das Frühstück war ok wir sind satt geworden aber die Auswahl war spärlich. Der Aufenthalt abends in der Garstonomie war sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Danke dafür
