Brilliant, beautiful and friendliest staff!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were all so friendly, helpful, polite and engaging. The room was well thought out and had a lovely size balcony, overlooking the lake, the views were amazing! The breakfast was also great, again service was brilliant, so attentive when serving you and advising you of your options. I would absolutely recommend this hotel! It was comfortable, well thought out, beautiful setting and i just can't say enough about the staff! They really made us feel welcome and special! A rare example to find, especially from wvery member we met! Lots of restaurants around, ice cream and things to see.....definitely book it up, you won't be disappointed!

There were a couple of small things missing, that would have suited us with our stay. Coffee and fruit teas were provided, but no milk pods. I was given 4 when i asked at the bar, it was likely just a simple mistake to re-fill the bowl. We were offered a bottle of complimentary water, unfortunately it was carbonated, but the thought was there. The mini bar fridge was missing, just an empty cavity inside the cupboard with a few small bottles of alcohol and 1 water (carbonated) and one orange juice. I don't drink alcohol, so would have really liked more options and i would have bought them. I don't sleep alot, so through the night that would have been nice to have as refreshments.

The staff was beyond helpful & the location was beautiful.

I understand these rooms do not have air conditioning, but a fan and some screens on the windows to keep the bugs out would be very helpful.

Hervorragend und unvergesslich!

Sehr freundliches Personal und unfassbar schöne Zimmer. Insbesondere der Ausblick auf der Seeseite ist genial. Auch Parken war kostenlos und direkt am Hotel möglich, obwohl das Hotel sehr zentral direkt in Langenargen liegt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Es war wunderbar!

Die Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und halfen, wo sie konnten, insbesondere mit Informationen. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Wir haben ausschließlich Bus und Bahn(kostenfrei mit der Bodenseecard) benutzt oder das Schiff. Unser Auto hatte Pause.

Beim Zimmer mit "Stadtblick" kam es frühmorgens zu Geräuschkulissen, zum Bsp. Staubsaugen, Kehrmaschine, Lieferverkehr...., die uns geweckt haben. Das war das wirklich Einzige, was uns gestört hat und liegt nicht im Einfluss des Hotels.

Gelungenes Bodensee - Wochenende in perfektem Ambiente.

Traumhafte See Lage und Zimmer mit Seeblick wie gebucht. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend betreffend Auswahl, Menge und Qualität. Kostenloser Hotelparkplatz bei ansonsten wenig kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Kostenloses Wasser und Obst fürs Zimmer. Ruhige und gediegene Atmosphäre

Wij hebben er een heel fijn verblijf gehad, niet goedkoop maar een aanrader.

Wij hadden onze kamer op het laatste moment omgeboekt naar lake view en balkon. Dit was het geld zeker waard. Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Kamer en badkamer heel ruim. grote kledingkast/walk-in closet. Bedden heel comfortabel. Prima ontbijt.

Veel te weinig water(druk) uit de douche. Geen koffiemachine op de kamer.

Tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Man merkt einfach, dass das Hotel im Familienbesitz ist.

Betten etwas hart. Mit dem eigenen Reisetopper dabei ging es aber gut. Das Bad könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen.

Soweit zufrieden

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bodensee, besser geht es nicht. Abstellplätze fürs Fahrrad waren sehr gut. Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Tiefgaragenplatz buchen, parken etwas schwierig.

Wir waren 10 Tage fort und das Frühstück war jeden Tsg gleich. Ich hätte mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich das erwartet,

Absolute Toplage, direkt am Hafen. Gut bestückte Minibar mit sehr fairen Preisen. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, Sonderwünsche (Glutenfreie Brötchen) gar kein Problem. Gerne wieder.

Die Schattenspiele an der Toilettentür aus satiniertem Glas sind jetzt nicht jedermanns Sache... Aber sehr schick

Er zijn een paar kamers in dit hotel die liggen boven de keuken. Daarvan heb je echt last. Veel geluid en geuren die van vroeg tot laat je kamer binnenkomen. Voor ons was dit voor 5 nachten echt onacceptabel. Medewerkers waren begripvol en we kregen een andere kamer die erg goed beviel.

Eine Kleinigkeit. Im Badezimmer könnten die Armaturen und Toilettenspülung auf wassersparende Versionen umgebaut werden.
