Location is great

Beds were horrible to sleep on. During the night you are constantly woken up by noise in the passage or corridor or floors up. In the winter time there is a big breeze coming from the window. Poor breakfast. Do not recommend

A comfortable stay in a great location, even if a few details didn’t fully meet my expectations.

We loved the location, easy access to public transport, comfortable bed, free coffee/tea/water, Rituals toiletries, and the overall feeling of safety in the area.

Breakfast had limited variety and a tight space, and the hotel’s dark décor felt less bright than expected, though these were more misaligned expectations than true issues.

Small hotel near the metro and good transport links.

Good location close to the music venue I was attending and minutes from the metro and other transport links in an area with a selection of bars and restuarants. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good (15 Euro additional charge). The room had a good shower. It was quiet at night.

The chambermaids were a bit lax. They did not replenish the tea and milk, nor did they always provide clean linen. The room was small although adequate for one person. There were no bedside tables and sockets were difficult to reach.

Wonderful stay, convenient location , nice local restaurants nearby, super helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally professional and helpful. From the moment we arrived Wassim greeted us warmly, helped us store our luggage and got us onto our room when we were ready later in the day. While the room was on the smaller side, it was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient to the metro line 1. We walked everywhere. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious choices. We look forward to staying there again.

It was my first time at L'addresse, but for sure it'll be my first choice next time!

The whole experience was an excellent value for money. It exceeded my expectations in terms of a budget hotel. The staff were amazing - very polite, friendly and helpful. They provided every and anything I asked for almost immediately. The location is exceptional with so many facilities around. A very few minutes, on foot, and you're at the Arc de Triomphe! Just beneath the hotel, there is a selection of lovely restaurants - Thai, Indian, French and international cuisines! The housekeeping team were very committed and friendly and always ask if anything else is needed. I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Waseem, Mr. Edris and Ms. Khadija for making things so easy for me, especially as I spent much in the room working. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Paris to see them and thank them in person one more time!

This is a Nice and cozy hotel. Close to the Congress either a lot of restaurants close by.

Because I was there for business purpose I need the desk but the chair was so bad that I hardly could sit on it.

Really struggle to find the positives. Photos looked good on the website but not accurate. The location is good but don’t venture out at night! Staff are friendly.

Decor is dated and carpets are dirty in all the rooms we had; lighting is poor and rooms are very small; one of the rooms had a leaking tap with a full bath as I walked in; did not feel safe. Road leading to hotel very lonely.

Pleasant

Room was clean and cosy. A bit small considering the bathroom was very big and we had a good size terrace. Had to ask for clean towels as our room was not cleaned the next day which I was surprised. A kettle would have been handy and also we had to go to a different hotel for breakfast only 2 mins away but wasn’t expected.

My programe venu (Palais des Congress) was very adjacent to this hotel, so i dint had to rent any taxi or transportation.

Hotel staffs are not well to speak in english and they were not informative.

Very nice staff on night shift. Choose this hotel for very good location(in center of Paris, shuttle bus to Beauvais, metro 5 min walk). Comfty soft bed with hidden lamp for reading and also plug. Nespresso and tea free at my room. Equipment for showering and hairdryer. Small fridge with free one bottle of water.

wonderful staff!

we stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay! the property was close to several restaurants- one that is famous for its steak frites and always has a long wait! easy access to the metro and trains. staff was extremely friendly and helpful. we also liked the rainfall shower head.

Amazing location and staff, not so amazing room

Staff was no doubt amazing and very helpful. Location was superb, we walked first 2 days from hotel to see all monuments including Eiffel tower, so didnt even need any transport.

This room looked way bigger on pictures. Bed didnt feel like double bed. Outdated in general. Our blanked had red stains (little ones) that looked like blood, which isnt very pleasant. Hotel stated it offers mini bar in the room, which to my understanding there would be few drinks included in the mini fridge, however only later I found out that i have to pay 3 euros for tiny pack of Crisps and 5 euros for 330ml beer.

average - check everything before you settle in.

We loved the location and the bed was very comfortable. It was great for NYE to walk to the Arc De Triomphe to watch the fireworks.

The shower was always cold. The window in the room was broken and wouldn’t open to let fresh air in. The safe also didn’t work. The staff were reluctant to fix these issues. Except offer a worse room on a lowest level of the hotel (bad for the noise during NYE festivities on the street). This was asked for the following day and we would have to move during the day when we had tours booked. So we said no, but they didn’t fix any of the other issues.
