Everything was really good so nothing ! The only point that I could mention would be to have some streaming services in the TV to enjoy Netflix/PrimeVideo or something like this could enhance the quality of the stay to reach this 10/10 ! (But still, everything was really good and this is juste detail)

Wonderful stay at Hotel Elsa

Can not fault this place, stayed here a few times and it has been wonderful each time. Lovely rooms and lovely welcoming staff. Special shout out to Antony who made our stay amazing!

Very central location with a restaurant right next door, grocery store within 30 second walk, 2 minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well to understand. There was luggage storage upon arrival to explore with our early flight. The room was great/clean/comfortable mattress

The carpet of the rooms could use some stain cleaning. Other than that, it was amazing

The staff were amazing especially Antony, helpful and friendly possible the nicest receptionist I’ve ever encountered. Hotel is ideally located. 5 minute Walk to Arc De Triomhe. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower amazing location breakfast was ideal and complementary tea and coffee all day long

Toilet of the lobby bigger than the room that i paid.

Rooms are so so small, not designed for humans sizes. Found bug in the room. Cleaners stayed 2 days not emptying the pin. Not all staff are friendly.

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and location

Very nice hotel, great breakfast (no only croissant, but omelet, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, cheese etc). Drinking water station and possibility to leave the luggage made us feel really welcome. Very good location, 5 minute to Arc de Triumph and a lot of nice restaurants around. There was also small shop right under our windows to buy some fruits etc. We will certainly be back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

The room itself was small, but I guess this is common for Paris. Bathroom door had no locker, but this was not an issue for us.

Everything was with in walking distance a d to catch a taxi was only a few mins away from the location.

Boutique and cute!

First up I have to say people complaining about this place is either misguided and needs to reset their expectations of a 4star, didnt do their research properly or just having a bad day. My partner and I stayed here for 5nights in mid Sept and will absolutely be back! I booked us a Superior Attic Room with breakfast. Breakfast has enough options to fuel you before you start your day. There's free coffee machine, as well as a water dispenser for still and sparkling filtered water available 24/7. The room we got was on the top floor and what a view it was (see photo); the Arc de Triomphe just a hundred metres away. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The shower cubicle is the only downside (small) but we made do - considering the view you get in the room why complain!? The staff were wonderful and always friendly and super helpful. Shout out to Morgan, Anthony and the lady at reception (sorry I forgot your name!) - thank you! We can't wait to return!

Poor cleanliness. The bathroom was stained and used before me when I first checked in. Very small and dark alleys and rooms. Not flexible with late checkout, even an hour should be paid.

Lovely stay in a quiet and safe location

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet street, and the room I stayed in had a beautiful view. The hotel is small and very cozy. My room was not small at all (for one person) and the bathroom was really spacious. What I liked a lot is that in the lobby they always serve free coffee and water, and on the first night everything from the minibar in the room is free. The metro station is very close, and you can also walk to the city center from the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and I slept very comfortably. Under the hotel there is a restaurant that seemed affordable and not so touristy, and across the street there was a small shop where you can buy water, food, etc. I didn’t explore more restaurants this time, but I definitely will next time. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ELSA. The room was spotlessly clean and well cared for, as was the bathroom. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the location is excellent: just a short 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

We liked it!

Very very nice staff, amazing location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. Extras included like free coffee and fresh fruit 24/7. Great boulanger just across the street and beautiful, active upscale neighborhood. Room was very quiet, bed was really comfy and a nice shower.

Room could use a little upgrading like new carpeting. It's an old hotel with lots of character and charm but the wall covering throughout is hideous and nightmarish! Why?

Amazing location, beautiful boutique hotel in the best area in Paris.

Everything. It’s a very beautiful boutique hotel, very well located, we did everything walking by, it’s literally opposite the arc de triomphe. Stuff were 10/10. Great cafes and bistros around, we had an amazing lunch at a restaurant in front of the hotel, at the corner. Amazing view from our room window. .

The location is perfect. It's very close to Arc de Triumph, everything is in walking distance. The hotel is very cozy. Loved it. The breakfast was superb, can satisfy anyone. The staff was very considerate and attentive.

The safety box was not working initially, but was fixed as per our request.;-)

An exquisite boutique hotel, a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe. Multiple good restaurants and bistros are nearby. Easy access to public transport and the rest of the city. Well-appointed comfortable rooms and faultless housekeeping.

Other than the small incident of a smoking toast, which set the hotel fire alarm off one morning, we could not fault the establishment. A minor criticism would be the staff were sometimes too eager to have you use search engines to find experiences when we would rather have just booked it directly through the hotel. They were wonderful with helping me organise flowers for my partner's birthday, however.
