Very quiet location with delightful hosts. Freedom to come and go as we needed. Breakfast was picture perfect and hardy enough to last all day. Loved the historic history of the place and owner.

The booking details said breakfast wasn't included, however we were very well looked after in the morning, with a very tasty full Irish breakfast in a bright sun room. The house also had a very nice sitting room, for gathering with our freinds who also stayed.
The bedrooms were relatively basic, but very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.

Location in the centre of Waterville . It was quiet
We have been hiking the Kerry Way and found this accommodation was not good value for mo et as breakfast is an additional cost . We would have liked the facility to include the option to make a cup of tea or coffee
