All the staff was incredibly friendly, but one woman in the reception area was rude to my wife.
Coffee in the room is lousy and at the breakfast. It is incredibly long way to get coffee. Water was not hot enough in the shower. The stepped down into the bathroom is dangerous at night as you might not notice that. Also, I wish they would hire somebody to pick up the plastic on the beach as we were doing that ourselves and one person could easily pick up the entire beach and keep it clean.

A wonderful resort in a beautiful place.
It would have been nice if there were umbrellas on the beach and not just st the pool area.

Very nice resort with private beach, swings, infinity swimming pool, sunset view point, small private villas with all needed amenities.
Rooms and bathroom were very clean and nicely organized.
Room service, reception and hotel manager were very polite and took good care of the guest.
Welcome drink and napkin available at checkin.
Arranges taxi transfer to the nearby port if needed to take ferry for Phuket etc.
We could do snorkelling at private beach with few colourful fishes in the morning.
Perfect place for honeymooners.
Swing at the sunset point broke and fall over my wife who barely managed to survive with help of us and other guests.
However, Hotel staff took responsility, gave first aid and also gave a free lunch for our family as a caring gesture.
Little pricy but worth it.
We had to pay for snorkeling equipments as well !
Our stay was short we should have stayed at least 2 nights there.

Beautiful. A bungalow by the beach just as we wanted.
The restaurants did not had great service - were pushy - and the food was bland.

The position, very quiet.
The whole experience was one of the worse I had in twenty years traveling. I booked one month before the arrival date, the property says they can organize private boat tours around the island so I tried to book it in advance thruogh booking.com through messages with the hotel. They answered it was not possible to book in advance and I should do it the day of arrival, since I wanted a luxury boat and I read online there are very few availale I insisted and so they provided me with the whatsapp number of the front office team.Try to guess? Noone ever answered my messages. I ended up booking the trip by myself with another company. After this not very promosing beginning the bad surprise! When we arrived at the hotel the front office personnel told us they didn't have my reservation! I said it was impossible and showed them my Booking.com confirmtion number, after a while they came back telling me I had to sleep in a twin room the first night (on a romantic trip with my girlfriend!) and then move to another one for the second night. I told them that this was extremely bad but since we didn't want to sleep on the beach we would agree but we expected some compensation for the inconvenience. Try to guess? Not a single bath was refunded or any other services offered as compensation for their own messing up. The first room was facing a public terrace so little to none privacy if we wanted to stay on our balcony, the second room was better in this regard but the beach in front was full of trash wich we ended up cleaning ourselves. The cherry on the top was at check-out when we showed up in the lobby at 9:30 am to be brought to the boat wich would bring us back to Phuket and wich we booked with Andaman Wave Master under the Hotel reccomandation, and the staff told us the boat already left! Why on our ticket confirmation was clearly stated 10:00 am departure remain a mistery not even Hercule Poirot will be ever be able to solve.

The grounds were very beautiful and well maintained. The location is very remote and since you are all the way at the top of the beach you feel so much privacy and seclusion. Perfect for couples. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly.
The room was nice but average and had steps between the bed and bathroom which seemed dangerous for some. The balcony roof didn’t cover the whole thing so when it rained everything was wet and you couldn’t sit outside but being immersed in the jungle up in the hill was amazing.

The staff is great. The beaches are the best. Long and beautiful
A lot of primacy and beaches that belong to the hotel

Breakfast was average.
Language barrier but understandable. Staff are not informative on activities like the best place for swimming or snorkeling etc.

Very nice location, good breakfast and dinner. Green and tropical environment, Good snorklig and tour opportunities.
Swimming pool could have been larger and cooler.

The location is a bit far from Phi Phi center and only accessible by boat, which wasn’t made very clear before our arrival. However, we didn’t regret it for a second once we got there. The place truly feels like paradise—peaceful, stunning, and with everything you need to disconnect and relax. You basically have a whole part of the island to yourself, away from the crowds, with the most breathtaking views.
That said, the service was disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming (which, in our experience, has been rare in Thailand), and considering it’s marketed as a resort, we expected a more friendly and professional approach. Unfortunately, we were met with rudeness on several occasions—even when just asking simple questions.
The food was decent at first, but it quickly became repetitive after a few days.
Still, the natural beauty of the place more than made up for the downsides. I’d absolutely return for the views, the tranquility, and the unique experience of having such a serene spot mostly to yourself.

We loved this place so much that we stayed an extra day (4 days total). We got the villa that overlooked the water and it was so peaceful and beautiful. At first it was surprising that we needed to hike about 10 mins uphill to our room but we got used to waiting for the shuttle that ran every half hour. The walk down wasn’t bad at all and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful from getting charcoal tablets for an upset stomach to booking a better time for the speedboat back to Tonsai Pier.
We booked this place last minute and already purchased our ferry ticket from Phuket to Tonsai Pier (the main pier in Phi Phi). If we had known before booking the ferry ticket, we could have booked the ferry directly to Laemtong Pier near where the hotel is located (only on Andaman Wave Masters). Instead we arrived too late (the last speedboat is at 4pm) and had to hire a long tail boat which was 1,800 baht but I was able to get it for 1,500. It took about 30 mins to get to the resort.
Because we took the longtail boat, it pulls up right on the beach (there’s no dock) and had to take off our shoes and walk into the shallow waters to the hotel which was another 50 meters away with our luggage. (I don’t recommend doing that if you have heavy luggage like we did).
We didn’t use the breakfast buffet but it looked lovely. The restaurant and convenient store were the best value within a 10 min walk. Other restaurants on the beach were more expensive (even if they weren’t part of a high end resort). We got to see 2 fire shows in the 4 days there.

This was our second time staying at the PP Natural Resort. Last time it was just me and my partner. This time we had 6 friends with us to celebrate a milestone birthday. The stay was everything I hoped it to me. From the service, to the rooms, the grounds - we had a really special stay. The 2 bedroom villa with pool was sublime.
Checkin was a bit clunky - we were told to 'sit down, relax, drink some coconut water' and then, as soon as we took a breath the barrage of check in processes ensured. This is despite me walking up to the counter and wanting to get that all sorted so I could just sit down and take a breather. Minor detail, though. The staff were well-intentioned and lovely.

Phi Phi is beautiful . Property is very nice, great location and very clean . Staff were friendly and did a lot for our kids. Not a lot of food options
We were asked to pay for a missing tea spoon at the end of the stay which was weird and a first for me. That put a sour taste in our mouths

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the ko Phi Phi Natural Resort, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. One critical aspect that was not communicated during the booking process, nor mentioned on the Booking.com platform, was the reliance on a shuttle service to access the rooms. This omission significantly impacted our stay.
The resort’s layout necessitates the use of a shuttle to travel between the reception and the rooms. However, the availability of this shuttle service was inconsistent and often inadequate. We found ourselves waiting under the scorching sun for upwards of ten minutes, sometimes longer, for the shuttle to arrive. This was not only inconvenient but also uncomfortable given the intense heat.
Furthermore, the shuttle service ceased operations at 22:00. This limitation severely restricted our ability to enjoy evening activities, such as spending time on the beach, as we faced the prospect of a long, cumbersome walk back to our room if we stayed out late.
Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite ordinary, lacking variety and appeal. Worse, the plates often had a lingering egg smell, which was off-putting and diminished our dining experience.
The pillows are very hard and not comfortable at all, and the water pressure is extremely low…
The lack of clear communication regarding the shuttle service and its limitations, along with the underwhelming breakfast and poorly maintained dining ware, was a significant oversight. It not only inconvenienced us but also detracted from the overall experience at a resort that promises comfort and ease. I hope this feedback prompts the resort to improve its communication with future guests, enhance the quality of its breakfast offerings, and perhaps reevaluate the shuttle service to better meet the needs of those staying there.

The location, once you realise that the property is quite secluded and not close to the main area of Phi Phi. The beach is quiet and a complete contrast to Tonsai pier. The grounds of the property were lovely too and well kept. The staff cannot be faulted. The were constantly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The beds were very hard. The breakfast selection was limited. The tours provided by the resort were expensive so it would be worthwhile speaking with locals or arranging tours from Tonsai pier.

What an amazing experience! We were a bit afraid for some of the reviews were quite worrisome, however there is absolutely no justification for them based on our experience. To beging with we received every bit of information necessary for a safe and comfortable arrival.
We were greeted in the most amazing way by the whole hotel staff, making us feel like real VIPs. The room was beautiful with atention to all the details with a beautiful bed with bug screen, closet, safety box, a small fridge with cold water, a fully stocked bathroom with a shower with a view, a balcony with sunbeds and a place to dry wet clothes, a small living room with chairs, coffee pot, etc.
Of course we did find a few bugs in the room throughout our stay but this is a tropical island, made us wonder what people complaining of insects in the room were thinking when they booked a destination called "Natural Reserve".
The food at the restaurants was excellent as were the drinks (try the Long Island it is to die for).
Overall we had an amazing stay and we highly recommend the place. They have some rooms overlooking the sea with jacuzzi, but ours was not one of those. Try them and let us know your experience so we can book one of those next time!
Thanks for a super wonderful stay.
The place is not so well connected. Moving around is tricky. The hotel should tell you before hand that there is a 1 hour drive from the airport to the boat in Phuket, and that the boat ride from the hotel back is almost 2 hours, so be careful when you book your planes. We had to book a different flight because we did not know this.

A place far from the center which was more expensive than elsewhere by boat. The reception arranges a boat to the center for a ridiculous amount of money. Room very far from the reception, a dead end where all restaurants and businesses close at 10pm. Missing sunbeds on the beach. Very modest breakfast.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always trying to please. They have certainly excelled in their customer centric approach. If a Thai holiday away from the hustle of some of the bigger tourist spots like Phuket, or Krabi is your scene, then PhiPhi Natural resort on Laemtong Beach is the place to go.

the warm reception, very helpful and smiling service. the room was clean and pretty, everything on the highest level. very nice eating, whole complex kept clean.
the only thing i didn’t like were some vases with standing water outside (not the ones for cleaning the feet) because they are the ideal places for mosquito development

The facilities were amazing. Room was nice and clean. The beach was quiet and clean and great to swim in.
Being rushed at breakfast and told I needed to go to checkin for transfers. Only to then wait 15-20minutes and see other guests arrive after me for check in. Not realizing that I couldn't get to Ton Sai without a boat transfer. There was a shuttle for 300 bhat that ran three times a day. But last one left at 2pm. After that you had to negotiate with the locals for a private boat which depending on the time of the day could cost up to 3000 bhat one way. Had to find other people going the same way to share the cost.

A truly wonderful place to stay, we had 4 nights and wish we stayed more. Staff were so nice and welcoming, the views were just incredible either from the swimming pool, sunset area or private beaches. Snorkelling was a big surprise, so much activity to watch. Breakfast was good and welcomed daily by the manager. Overall this is is a superb hotel and great value. Lots of local restaurants to choose from on the beach.
Couple of things to be aware of but not detractors to staying.
1. Access is by boat only and prices are higher here than elsewhere we have experienced in Thailand - 20% to 60% - but it’s worth the extra!
2. The hotel give options to travel direct to the hotels beach (which is fab), depending where you travel from you may need to long tail boat from Tonsai at 1200 THB, the journey is very scenic and a worthwhile option.
3. The hotel grounds are expansive, and hilly. They provide a transport service which is great, we never waited more than 3 mins for a lift - so don’t let that put you off.

Incredible view and cozy room (deluxe cottage).
Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
Most facilities were closed. Only one bar and one restaurant. Rest seems permanently closed.
Due to location transfer to Ton Sai can be expensive/ inconvenient.
Always ask staff for departure times and tickets.

staff dismissive, quality of the food very low standards, resort itself is very tired looking and needs refurbishment.

the property is very secluded and the staff are so nice. there is a private beach area and places to watch the sunrise and sunset.
I did not like how far the hotel is from EVERYTHING! you have to take a transfer boat from the main pier and pay more to get to your hotel. The hotel should provide this for guests and it was a huge inconvenience. The beds are also VERY hard like REALLY HARD. it was very difficult to sleep. The rooms are far from the beach but their is a shuttle provided for guests from the lobby up to the rooms. I also did not like how there weren’t many places to eat. The restaurant on property was super expensive and the food was not that good. I recommend walking further along the beach to eat at the other local restaurants on the beach

We liked the quite, the place, staff
Breakfast was ok.
The location of hotel is away from center, if you want go to son tai(center), you have to take boat, 300-1000 bhat for one direction.
Restaurants near the hotel really expensive, like multiplication of 2-3 from regular price.
Beds are hard and not comfortable.
Electricity issues every night in the room.

perfect if you to be remote and slack all day
