Phi Phi Holiday Resort, Leam Tong Beach

Location was exceptional

Rooms were old and many of things were not working

The property was secluded away from the hustle and bustle of town. No roads just walking the beach and resort to get around. Excellent beaches, vistas and snorkelling right at the resort.

It was fairly expensive to go to the main dock where there were activities more than the resort offered. Drinks were expensive roughly 12.00 Canadian. We were present during a time when the rooms were at low rental. We inquired about upgrading to a beach front room. Instead of working with us on a price they stated a ridiculous amount and would not negotiate. The rooms stayed vacant for the week we were there instead of making a few more dollars for the resort. Short sighted.

The location is absolutely great! And the staff is really great, happy to help out with anything and everyone is laughing every single day!

The whole park including the rooms needs updating which they actually start working on like the monkey bar. You can tell it has been a while since they’ve done that last time.

It was right on the beach and we love it!!

Only things we don’t like, it’s not a property, we don’t like plastic bag in the water and on the beach. I was fishing them out and putting them off shore. There was small restaurant and gondola parking. That area has plastic water bottles everywhere. It’s so sad that such a beautiful place ruined by trash. I hope people who leave and work there appreciate beauty of island.
