Best spot for those who want to avoid the crows and experience paradise

We have stayed in 7 different hotels during our holiday in Thailand and this was unanimously our favorite place for the whole family. We wanted a few days away from the crowds and tourists to recharge our batteries and this place was superb for exactly that. Really good rooms, small details, fantastic breakfast, we absolutely loved it all. Thank you!!

Beautiful tranquil hotel biat ride from tonsai pier

Tranquil. Beautiful beaches. Didn’t realise about bill but ended up needing pharmacy and another hotel told us about village so we went.

Not any info given in room about island think this was because they wanted you to stay on resort but next hotel had souvenir shop and then hotel pasta restaurants told us about pharmacy. They also did amazing deserts and cocktails . Think called holiday pp

Perfect ending to our holiday in a jungle-style resort with fantastic staff and great evening entertainment

Our whole stay at PP Erawan Palms Resort was truly amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and genuinely caring, always ready to help with anything we needed. They were incredibly supportive with all the transfers, both on the way to the apartment and then again when we were leaving back to the pier, which meant a lot especially because I currently have a broken toe and needed extra assistance with getting around. Their attitude was always patient and understanding, and it really made us feel well taken care of during the entire stay. The food in the resort was on a very high level. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and good quality, and the meals during the day, whether lunch or dinner, were also excellent, nicely presented and very tasty. It was always a pleasure to sit down for a meal and enjoy the atmosphere. The whole resort has a unique setting, surrounded by greenery and nature, so it almost feels like staying in the middle of a jungle. This creates a very peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the last days of the holiday. The beach and sea in the area are also beautiful, with clear water and the possibility to enjoy swimming and waves in nearby spots around Phi Phi. Even though we travel a lot and have seen many places, this stay was really special. The absolute highlight for us was the evening program at the resort, which was full of fun and laughter and created a fantastic atmosphere we will not forget for a long time. For both me and my partner, it was the perfect ending to our vacation and definitely one of the best experiences of our trip.

The only thing I did not really like was the room equipment, as the air conditioning was quite old and the bed, especially the mattress, felt worn out and would really deserve to be replaced.

Waste of money

Breakfast was really good, lots of options, cheap local; restaurant down the beach for excellent meals

Andaman speedboat for transfers - were a bunch of Muppets !! The step down ladder from the speedboat has an anchor rope next to it so you can trip over the rope into the water, if a wave hits boat while you get off. But staff don't warn you! or try to prevent it. The row of rooms 1301 -1312 have one entrance to the outside corridor with wooden railings and slate tiles outside the rooms, both heat up in the Sun so if you break a jandal when at the beach, you'll burn your feet and hands trying to get back to your room Beach has lots of small stones at the edge of the water level so may need protective footwear to get in and out.

Do not hesitate in booking!

Stunning location, attentive staff, great housekeeping, the best food and pizzas were a hit! Massages beachside were beautiful with the sound of the waves. What a location! Step down to pool and beach....will not beat this...just go!

Perfect hotel on Ko Phi Phi!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and in very good condition. You get free towels for the beach and free drinking water. We really enjoyed our stay at Erawan and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!

Renting gear from this hotel is in terrible condition and overpriced. We rented kayaks which dont have a seats and fins which were damaged. Standard room was much nicer then deluxe room. Deluxe room was painted by dark colors and there was a mold on a wall. Also dirty bathroom ... so we asked for different room which was "lower class" but much more lighter, cleaner and comfortable

A completely relaxing week

The location was fantastic

Perhaps our ignorance but didn't realise until we had booked hotel that the only transport is Boat and we arrived too late for the hotel transport at 450 Bhat and had to get a long tail boat at 1500Bhat. But it was an experience. Maybe your resort details should be more clearer and also we stayed in 6 hotels in thailand over the 4 week period and the only only one with up to date photos was Kokotel in Naiyang Beach - all the rest were way old

Perfect Sunset

We had an amazing experience. Relaxing by the beach listening to the waves and looking at a perfect blue sea was one of the most enjoyable days in Phi Phi. Breakfast was good, daily clean up to standards, restaurant very good as well and the bar made us a perfect mojito everyday. But for me the top of the cream was the sunset view. Oh, the staff was AMAZING. At the end, they even gave us some neck pillows as a gift.

Sometimes the cheff in the lunch restaurant was not as good as the dinner cheff.

there was little options for the breakfast. the bungalow was really nice but the forniture is a bit outdated. the staff was kind but sometimes it seems to be a bit disorganized. it’s a little bit expensive to reach the Tonsai pier since you have to get a long tail boat.

nice location, in a beach with several restaurants and a shop, very nice breakfast, friendly staff

too many mosquitoes. it wold require pest control otherwise is impossible to enjoy sitting on the balconies. the room was not well clean, under the beds and especially the windows of toilet were full of spider nets. extremely noisy air conditioners. the hotel could give some more hair conditioners and shampoo and refill them daily

Very good

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were super welcoming upon arrival and always made themselves available. The breakfast was delicious and had really great Thai food options. It was so convenient for departure and arrival since the hotel informed us about boat times and sold tickets.

I wish there was a sheer curtain or something to provide some privacy during the daytime. It also would've been useful if they provided a drying rack for longer stays, to handwash some clothes in the room.

Great location for a 2-3 day stay as enough different restaurants and things to explore. Our mountain. view bungalow was clean and peaceful

no screen on the verandah between bungalows so couldn’t really sit outside if the people next door were as too close together. A screen of some sort would have been perfect.

We notified management of a problem with the boat driver they booked us and they did nothing. Value for money was poor: - beds were uncomfortably hard - bungalows were clean but old and tired, with holes in curtains - no satellite TV choice - same singer playing same songs to backing track every night - poor value for money - very expensive rooms so expected better quality. A senior manager was sitting in the restaurant one morning speaking very negatively and condescendingly about foreigners without realising we understood Thai language. This left a very negative impression with us. we won’t be going back to this resort.
