AinB Las Ramblas-Guardia Apartments

Location was great. The house was big and comfortable.

Explanations and check in procedures could be clearer and more informative.

Nothing

Wonderful location, calm and silent during the night, but very close to a lot of nice bars and the city centre.

The whole apartment was dirty, especially the floors. Mold in the shower and bathroom. They only provided 3 shower gels for 5 people. The utensils and glasses were also dirty.

Good central location

Missing basic amenities. No curtains in one bedroom, visible to lift shaft. If you open that particular window the smell of sewage is overwhelming. No hooks to hang anything and no shelves in the bathroom. The ‘balcony’ had someone else’s AC above which dripped continuously making a puddle and making it unusable. There’s an oven with no shelf and no oven tray to use. AC only in lounge so the bedrooms were oppressively hot as couldn’t open windows. Vomit outside the apartment frequently and the smell of weed in the corridors which drifted into the apartment. There was no hook to hold the shower head up. Overall not worth the money and didn’t feel a safe area. We stay all over the world and aren’t fussy we just want clean, safe and practical apartments but this place isn’t that unfortunately
