The location is very good, the apartment is really big and can host 8 persons without problems. The connection with the host worked ok both at check in and check out.
The apartment needs some refreshments and maintenance. There can be done improvements so that it does not feel like an outdated place

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Barcelona! Just 1 minute to vibrant La Rambla and 5 minutes to the sea. Everything nearby: Gothic Quarter, restaurants, Boqueria market, shops, metro. Fully equipped, cosy, with everything needed to feel at home and super fast Wi-Fi. Highly recommend – thank you for a great stay!

Great location. Very spacious. Walls are paper thin and you’re not aloud any noise after 9.30pm, even talking.
Leaking air conditioning outside one bedroom and a fault on the boiler which beeped constantly. Tried charging us for a damaged pipe under a sink that was apparently missing a part and leaking. We would’ve noticed a lump of metal missing and wet floor! We were also charged a different amount of city tax to what booking.com stated.
