Location, spacious, lovely surroundings, nearby cafes and local craft shops on the same road.
Broken light outside on stairwell, loose socket in one of the bedrooms

Very clean, modern, spacious. Lots of natural light. Layout was superb for our family (4 adults, 2 children). Host was super responsive. Location was amazing - right around the corner from the action yet super quiet because it's on a side street. There is a convenient grocery shop in the next block that is small but has everything you need. Also a bakery steps away with amazing donuts.
