Villa located in a pretty, quiet residential area, less than 2km from the beaches and shops.
The Villa has all modern comforts, 4 air conditioning systems, 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans, bathroom with large walk-in shower, washing machine, hair dryer etc.
The double bedroom with direct access to the terrace has a 150x200 bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds with the possibility of adding a 3rd additional bed + possibility of renting a 3rd extra bedroom with its own bathroom (max 6 people, ask the price of this 3rd extra bedroom).
Large, very bright air-conditioned living room with direct access to the balcony with pool and countryside views.
Smart TV 42' Sat (TNT 26 French channels and international programs), fiber optic Internet 15€/week. Pellet stove.
Separate, fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.).
Enclosed garden, several furnished terraces, with new deckchair sun beds, chill out sofa, pergola, shade cloths and blinds. Between the swimming pool and the barbecue: new summer kitchen at swimming pool level with refrigerator, sink, plancha, paellero, table and 6 chairs.

The location of the property was perfect for us, as we were looking for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds. Our children loved the swimming pool, which was probably larger than we expected and we made good use of the outdoor kitchen too. The air conditioning and shutters were a real bonus as the property would have been too hot without them, but our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. There is lots to see and do within a short drive. The local beaches are excellent and there is plenty of shopping and other attractions to visit if you have a car. The host was very responsive but did not intrude on our time at all.

Lovely property and well presented, swimming pool was brilliant and well heated. Isabelle was an attentive and friendly host and at the end of the phone if she was needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily go back again.
