About this villa rental
Feel the essence of the Mediterranean feeling with this convenient and charming villa, perfect for families or couples. Welcome to Mabruka, a traditional Spanish-style villa located in a central location, just 100 meters away from shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The beautiful cove Baladrar together with its beach bar is also within walking distance. Only, 5 Minute drive will lead us to the refined small beach town of Moraira, which has grown in interest in the last years and has become one of the major hotspots for anyone in search of an unforgettable Mediterranean-style holiday experience where a large variety of amenities can be found together with some of the most charming beaches and coves.
We fit 3 cars in the drive of Villa Mabruka, which leads directly to the terrace, a spacious and comfortable area with a private swimming pool, sun beds an outdoor dining area and a nice summer garden with a built-in BBQ and a relaxing area. Mabruka is a two-storey holiday home connected by external stairs.
From the drive as from the pool area, we reach the upper level with large windows overlooking the pool terrace, leading into an open living/dining room with Sat+TV+A/C and a fully equipped kitchen leading towards 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both with A/C units, together with a shower room. Downstairs, by the pool level, we enter into a small apartment with 1 twin bedroom with A/C and another shower room.

The location and accommodation was great, large pool and outdoor space, but tired in some areas.The onsuite bathroom had duct tape repairs, but over all the accommodation was great

The villa was what we needed for our requirements and the outside space is absolutely fab, with a bit of money spent on it and a bit of TLC the villa could be brilliant.

We had a lovely stay with most of our time spent outside. The outdoor alcove is the perfect addition and even if chilly it was very comfortable to sit outside. Pool was beautiful and sun hit the patio at all times of the day. Perfect stay.

The villa could be amazing. Thr location, pool and space are great. Sadly the whole place desperately needs updating and improvements. The sun loungers, pillows, furniture etc were very old and uncomfortable- the outside sofa was so stained and smelt mouldy we couldn’t use it.
