Location was excellent, appreciated the coffee and champagne. All facilities and comforts were wonderful
Maybe some tea and milk next time? I know Sainsburys was right next door though

Location fabulous, very close to shops restaurants, quiet surroundings; not forgetting proximity to buses and trains.
Property clean and tidy, nicely decorated.
Neighbours friendly too!
Dismayed on arrival to discover property had not been cleaned - bed unmade etc.
Sykes arranged for cleaning while I got a meal for which Sykes reimbursed me.
Then when making the bed next morning I discovered a small blood stain on the mattress protector.
On my 2nd evening, the alarm sounded at around 10.45 pm. Had no idea how what to do but upstairs occupants were familiar with the system and resolved the issue. Then on the Wednesday the security system started bleeping and electricity cut off; we tried everything possible but failed to turn it off. Leaving the key with No. 3 I left an hour later than planned. On returning around 7.00 pm still no electricity . Around 8.45 pm electricity was back on.
