Good location and parking in street outside. Comfortable flat, good facilities. No problems at all.

Vacuum cleaner and washing machine weren’t very effective. Please see if they need a bit of attention.

Comfortable flat well situated

Location was excellent. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Responsive heating. Well equipped kitchen. Ease of entry.

Front hedge needs cutting. Doormat at back door needed. Handrail for tea towel needed. Better lighting in front room. Attention to mirrors and front room radiator needed. Cramped washing facilities

Wrap up warm

Heating was Intermittent. It kept going off. It was very very cold ! The heating remote kept saying 'no signal'. Had to move the furniture to optimise the little heat that was there. The tv was the same, it worked intermittently and kept saying'no signal'. Bath towels are too small. Not big enough to wrap around my size 12 body.

Relaxing stay close to the centre of Keswick in a quiet area

Great location, well equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable bed

The property was fine but a little tired. Would benefit from a refresh, painting, little updating of furniture. Just felt a bit ‘tired’ Television went off 3 times during our stay, said ‘no signal’ Thankfully the weather was good so we were out and about a lot otherwise I would have sought assistance

As a base for our stay in Keswick this was a good location.

It is a bit tired and run down - a bit of money spent to update this property would make it more value for money. The old covid signs are no longer required and guests should not have to be packing up bed linen and towels.

Location in the centre of Keswick is great Kitchen exceptionally well equipped

The interior decor needs updating - particularly the living room which has huge cracks in the ceiling and one wall. There are rather too many (out of date) notices regarding Covid and bagging up laundry (only 1 bag provided for 4 people). All the information we received before our visit and online stated check out was up until 10 am, however, there was more than one notice saying checkout had to be by 9 am (to accommodate deep cleaning) which we found very early. If you are going to stick to this we would suggest you put it in the front of your handbook and not halfway through.

Love Keswick and apartment was a good base despite gripes stated above

Good Location, good facilities, quite spacious

Some repairs needed - rusty radiator in bathroom and large crack in sitting room ceiling. Our departure time was stated as 10am but the ‘welcome’ pack said we had to leave by 9am due to COVID! Also provided a bag and said we had to strip our beds ourselves! Also said they would’ve liked to leave some dishwasher tablets but couldn’t due to COVID! Found this very lazy and unwelcoming. We are paying good money and this is poor customer service.

Heating method

Perfect location,,,, although car parking not always easy.

It stated in the visitor book. That heating controlled behind door in front lounge, didn't have heat on first night, as couldn't locate control. Called to office on the Monday to report it,,, got us sorted, but for future reference, visitor book, should be updated, as control panel/unit was on shelf in utility room, wouldn't even had noticed, or even thought it had anything to do with the heating, had we not called to office.

Great location and perfect size for the family, excellent kitchen and facilities - 2 bathrooms was a great bonus

The bed in the main bedroom was slightly small and I found it uncomfortable. Parking on the street can be a challenge but if you are patient you find a space.

Confused about check out times it says 10am check out on booking.com and on confirmation and all the emails I received about access check in stated 1600 hours and vacating property 10.00am. But in property there is information notices stating you have to vacate the property by 9.00am. We did vacate at 9.00am as the cleaners where outside waiting to come in. I think this needs to be up dated on all relevant Booking sites as we were 4 adults and it was a bit of a downer rushing around this morning, I think anyone with children could struggle.

Brilliant place and location but would really recommend some updating and decorating to bring the li

The location was excellent in a lovely stretch in the town centre. The kitchen was lively and fully stocked with utensils. There were lots of great instructions on where to go to eat out etc also. The bedrooms were lovely too.

The hallway and living room were very dark and in need of updating. The living room was very tired looking with well worn and marked seats. Lots of cobwebs everywhere and stains.

A comfortable, spacious, well equipped ground floor flat, in a good location

The flat was more spacious than expected - a decent size sitting room, double room with en suite, kitchen, utility area, shower / loo, and twin room at the back.

A light with a broken plug was plugged in to the wall socket behind a bed in the back bedroom - when I tried to plug in something else beside it, the plug sparked - so this was dangerous and should not have been left in this unsafe state of disrepair.

Well equipped, clean, comfortable, close to the centre of the action in Keswick. Although only 5 minutes walk from the centre, it was beautifully quiet.

Lack of a butter dish was the only omission from the house we could find!!

Extremely well sized gem of a place to stay.

Thought twice about leaving feedback for fear of telling people about this fantastic accommodation as we may struggle to get booked in again once people realise how great it is. Extremely spacious two bedroomed and two bathroomed ground floor flat. Great property in excellent location. Very clean. Excellent wi-fi. Excellent facilities including furnishings, full cutlery drawer, trays, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, lovely ornaments (nearly stole the lovely bike clock in lounge) very comfy seating and foot rests in lounge, and plenty of coat hangers (personal bug bear). Booked a week here for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and it exceeded our expectations at a really competitive price. Can’t wait to book up again.
