Keswick was great and the house met our needs. Communication from host was automated and impersonal.
Great location, clean and well equipped. Perfect for our group of 7 adults
The property description was very unclear and could have been much more helpful. We were pleased to discover there were four ensuite bedrooms so why not say that? There was no 'large garden' - I think this must have been included by mistake from another property. It wasn't a concern for us but could have been had we had children in the group. There was a picnic bench on a small patio that was next to the roadside - again it would have been helpful to explain what this was/ was not, to be a bit more transparent about its limitations. Communication from the host was poor - too many automated email messages all repeating the same thing and was more frustrating than helpful. But we would visit again now that we know what we need to know.
