The location was great, the large spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds. The welcome tea and coffee and cake.

The kitchen needed to be cleaner,the oven wasn’t clean or the oven trays. The house had lots of cobwebs and dust around it.The conservatory door didn’t unlock so we couldn’t have the door open! The property would benefit from being updated. The curtains were in bad shape poorly hung from the rails. The microwave needs replacing. The drains need looking at each time the shower was used the smell of drains flooded the living room. The outdoor furniture need some TLC. The wooden widow sill outside needs replacing.

Everything, firstly we arrived to find a welcome gift of Welsh cakes, a fruit cake and a bottle of wine, a massive thank you for these, we were very touched. the location was great, nice little village at the bottom of the hill, with a pub, (very friendly staff) pizza place, Indian takeaway and other little shops. The views from the cottage were stunning, the cottage it’s self was beautiful, it was clean, comfortable, cozy, beds were very comfortable, we all slept extremely well, fresh bedding on all beds, fully equipped kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, was provided and even a fresh bottle of milk was left in the fridge, there washing machine there in the utility room for our use if needed, lovely dining room with separate cozy living room, lovely little veranda to sit out in, nice clean bathroom with towels provided, everything was perfect, communication with owner was excellent. Bognor - Carneddi is a beautiful place to visit.

Only small thing, shower could do with a bit more water pressure but that’s a very minor thing

It felt like home away from home. Cosy, spacious. Wonderful views of the mountains. The owner also bought us milk , wine and welsh delicacies which were warming and thoughtful.

Good location and view as situated on a steep hill. Parking appreciated as the road is narrow and steep and parking at a premium. Typical basic Welsh stone cottage, with lovely wood burning fire. Some issues whilst there but friendly owner sorted very quickly.

Ideally situated for more agile people as steep stairs and various steps outside. Bathroom very small with shower over bath so getting in a out a problem if mobility issues. Needs a refresh and a good clean and air after each use.
