Great and specious cottage in fabulous location.

Great location. Comfortable large cottage with bonus parking for two cars. Easy access to Snowdonia, Bangor, Anglesey and other local tourist attractions. Very handy Tesco express store on the High Street. Fab log burner for cozy evenings. We had a excellent stay.

MAGICAL CHRISTMAS!

The landlord Mr Hughes is a caring and attention to details person. He offered us a Christmas Tree, and came around to check up on us to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. He also brought the kids biscuits. This was just a kind gesture, which we greatly appreciated.

The wifi connecting to the TV can be slow and interrupt from time to time. This is more due to the signal and the location being on the mountains.

Excellent location for exploring north Wales. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen, wood for the burner in the cosy living room. Host was available when needed and was very helpful.

Spacious and comfortable cottage

Spacious, comfortable cottage with a nice garden. The showers were good. We saw lovely sunsets from the living room. The owner checked we were ok and left us some wine and sweet treats.

A cafetière would be good, plus more mugs. Also the curtains in the downstairs double room let in a lot of light.

This far exceeded our expectations

We arrived at the property and it has a wow factor as you enter , everything was spotless and ready for us to settle in , even down to a cake , the owner came later to make sure we were settled and asked if we needed anything but it was perfect we couldn’t have asked for more

Walking back from the pub it’s quiet a steep hill but it is wales and that’s what we came for

Ideal property for what we wanted to do, but spoilt a little by the standard of points mentioned.

Location was very good for zip wire and Snowdon. Rear garden a lovely sun trap.

The accommodation needs to be freshened up. Damp in both bathrooms. Needs a good deep clean, cobwebs on lights and kitchen cupboards dirty.

Wonderful well-equipped cottage in a great location for Zipworld and Snowdonia NP. Everything was clean and tidy. The welcome package of wine and biscuits / cookies was much appreciated after a long drive. Rooms were comfortable.

A lovely little cottage with everything you could need.

Lovely cottage style property with nice personal touches from the host. We were visiting zip world which is a 5 minute walk away and could be seen from the back garden.

The property was lovely but very limited options to eat out.

Excellent location for visiting different places. Close proximity to zipworld. lovely and spacious accommodation in quiet area Owner checked in to make sure everything was ok and was available if we needed anything

nice accommodation and excellent host, great for zip world and scenic walks

it was very handy for Zip world and lots of good walks. also not too far to basic amenities. it had a good amount of space, nice bedding, good level of plates, cutlery etc and plenty of hot water. local host was very friendly and helpful.

the fourth bedroom and n the ground floor, whilst perfectly acceptable only has a small window at road level.

Great location with far more space inside then you’ll think. Great, clean property with a very helpful landlord, living close by. Absolutely wonderful open fire feature..you wouldn’t say it can give so much magic to the place.

Our bed had wheels (?!!) and on a slate floor was a bit strange CoSleeping with a toddler

- It’s a HUGE house - Very clean - All you need is available (pots,pans and everything else including tea/coffee, salt, paper, oil and much more) - Complimentary drink and biscuits - AMAZING location near ZipWorld, next to the mountains (walking distance) - Less than 10 min. to the high street, Tesco and few restaurants - The Bath and the fireplace are a BIG plus

Modern, spacious and comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome and will visit again.

The cottage is ideally located for visiting ZipWorld. Everything was ready for our arrival time and the key was easy to collect. The host had left a welcome package of wine and Foxes biscuits and there was milk in the fridge so that we could make tea and coffee (which was also provided). The cottage is spacious and comfortable with a log burning fire that you can sit around and have a few drinks and a chat. There are plenty of takeaways and a small Tesco a short walk away. We had a great stay and plan to visit again and stay in Arfryn.
