Lovely Victorian town house close to the sea.

Fabulous house in a lovely quiet location, the living room was by far my favourite room. Had a wonderful few nights sleep too. Really close to local amenities, well stocked kitchen, a very spacious house too.

Absolutely the right place to stay for where we needed to be in Wales. Easy and straight forward booking and communication . Loved the uncluttered feeling so I didn't have to worry about someone elses personal items . Had everything we needed and somethings we didn't know we needed lol . Lovely quiet area .

So a couple of small points really ..the house has a no shoes policy which I totally get , but the carpet in the dining room and stairs is really really rough on your feet ..I would recommend slippers to fellow renters. There is only one bathroom with one toilet ..it was a struggle with only three of us ..so a full house would be a challenge . The bath tub/shower is lovely and large , but for a short person like myself or a child it was difficult to climb into and climb out of ..maybe a hand rail would help for stability? Also no nonslip mat to put in bath tub while using shower to stop slipping .Back door exit steps are a little iffy too .

Had a fantastic stay at 2 Victoria House. Quiet, nice, and very well-equipped — generous with every facility we needed. We didn’t meet Matt in person, but he was so friendly and thoughtful, keeping in touch and making sure everything was just right. Great communication! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just a noticeable bleach smell on arrival, but overall fine. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After an initial oversight to send the correct lock box code and almost going home, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The house is kitted out to the rafters of everything you could need for long and short stays. Essentials are also available to make your arrival easy. The property is close to local amenities, the train station, town centre, and university.
