Lovely Victorian town house close to the sea.

Lovely house for what we needed. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Parking wasn't brilliant but we were informed of this beforehand. This hasn't put us off at all. Nothing the owner can do about it, but if you have a small car you will be fine.

The narrow road outside can be a little difficult to park on but there was always space and there is a parking space around the back of the property too.

Although we only stayed for one night, it was very good Value for money. It was very close to the Menai Bridge and close to the Morrisons Supermarket, which was very handy as we arrived around 9pm and most places had finished serving by then.

Lovely clean and bright accommodation in a perfect location for the University and surrounding area. It was the ideal base for our stay in Bangor.

After an initial oversight to send the correct lock box code and almost going home, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The house is kitted out to the rafters of everything you could need for long and short stays. Essentials are also available to make your arrival easy. The property is close to local amenities, the train station, town centre, and university.

A really spacious house with plenty of room for us all. Really clean, secure parking at the back. Great location for the Snowdon Summit climb, a short drive away. Really attentive host who answered messages quickly and provided all info we needed. Recommend to others

The property was generally clean and well-maintained. Each bedroom was spacious enough and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with a sufficient range of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. The host, Matthew, was very kind and responsive. He promptly replied to all of our inquiries and provided helpful support

the house overall is quite old, which caused several inconveniences during our stay. One of the bedroom lamps was broken and unusable. Most of the doorknobs were loose, and in some cases, this became a serious issue. Our child was accidentally locked inside a room due to a faulty doorknob, and the same thing happened in the bathroom, where it was impossible to open the door from the outside, causing quite a panic. The washing machine had visible mold, and the towels retained an unpleasant smell even after multiple washes. The drying rack was rusty and flaked apart when used, which made it almost unusable. Although the house accommodates a large group with four bedrooms, there was only one bathroom, which felt very insufficient. At the very least, the toilet and bathing areas should be separated. We found ourselves constantly worrying about bathroom access, especially during busy morning and evening hours. The parking situation was also quite inconvenient. The parking space was very small, suitable only for compact cars. The street in front of the house offered no parking options, so we had to spend time searching for a suitable place to park, often far from the property. While it is understandable and reasonable to ask guests to leave the property tidy, the checkout instructions were numerous and detailed — we had to strip the beds, take out the trash, and do quite a bit of cleaning before departure. Despite these requirements, the checkout time was quite early at 10:00 a.m. If guests are expected to clean so thoroughly, a later checkout time, such as 12:00 p.m., would be more appropriate.

Low step down to kitchen a potential stumbling risk - needs a white strip along edge to draw attention . Stairs to upper bedrooms very steep and banister not easy to hold on to .

Good sized property which was clean. It was very good value for money. There was a supermarket within easy walking distance. The host left some milk, tea and coffee.

The sofas were not the best, could perhaps do with being replaced. It would be good to have a dishwasher in the kitchen instead of the washing machine.

Large house close to the town centre on the the top of a hill. Comfortable beds, powerful shower. Fast WiFi. Easy check-in. Off street parking. The owner sent me a detailed "house manual" so we didn't even bother him with any questions. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Key box was a nightmare to see and in very awkward place lucky my partner managed to open it because i couldnt and also carpet was very rough on feet.be warned if elderly because bangor is a very hilly town

The house is a lovely family home, it felt warm and cosy. The house was immaculate and very warm. . Matt the owner responded quickly to all messages. There was even fresh milk left for us in the fridge. The area was very peaceful and quiet, yet a short walk or drive to all amenities. I would 100% recommend this property 😎
