The location, so peaceful. Had everything we could possibly need for our stay. Sad to come home. Devon is a beautiful part of the UK so much to explore. Made a great base to enjoy the Solar Eclipse!
I wasn’t so bothered, but the children and husband struggled with Internet reception just doing basic things is so sketchy and I know not really in your control. I actually enjoyed switching off and reading my book!

Lovely cottage everything you need, excellent property to go out and about from. Donkey sanctuary close by safe walk to it ,not on the road.
The oven door is very easily broken a man came quickly to mend it but it fell off again while hot, it is easy to put back in when cool. The road on the site up to the property is very bumpy and feels a bit unsafe at night

The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The cottage was on a very quiet site and handy for visiting the local area. It was right next to the donkey sanctuary which was such a beautiful peaceful place.

the access road was full of pot holes and needs addressing as it was not good on the car tyres
