Shame there is no longer site facilities ( was a cafe/bar and even a swimming pool) would Make this a five star site.

Wonderful comfortable family week with lovely places to visit nearby.

Lovely clean property. Everything we needed was there. Grateful to the owner who was concerned that all was ok for our arrival. Outside space has a sea view. Quiet location close to Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth.

No problem with the bungalow. It is on an ex holiday park with sadly not much investment going in although the grass was being mowed when we arrived and the potholes on the road in had had a temporary filling.

Yes it was the perfect cottage for the perfect stay & seeing the donkeys every day on way back was an added bonus!! Loved the William Broom story of a real hero from WW1 what a legend!!

Excellent! Everything considered and supplied for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderfully clean and tidy, very well equipped with everything needed for your stay. Amazing location in the heart of the Donkey Sanctuary, above Weston Mouth Beach, good tasking walk! Owners were very responsive and easily contacted. Nothing was too much trouble - very happy :)

Exceptional cottage, very good location

Everything was perfect. The cottage has exceeded our expectations - very well equipped, clean, tidy and cozy. Great location - close to Sidmouth and some National Trust houses.gardens we were up to. I can't thing that our stay could be any better. Many thanks!

LOVELY COTTAGE, BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, LOTS OF WONDERFUL WALKS AND WE LOVED SIDMOUTH

We loved the cottage, could not fault anything, the only thing I would say is on arrival to the park the fence at the front is in definite need of relacement, that's the first thing you see, also we thought the site was tired, needed updating. The rubbish was overflowing and hadn't been emptied all the week we were there. Apart from that the cottage was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

The secluded location was peaceful. Ample sized cottage for a family. Being able to see the sea is a bonus. You don’t need for anything they have thought about everything.

Good standard of accommodation, clean, good supply of necessary consumables, everything worked as intended, cool (it was very hot during our stay), grounds well laid out and maintained, comfortable.

location was very good local to where we wanted to visit It was raining and very cold when we arrived ,the bungalow was lovely and warm and welcoming the wine and fudge a lovely surprise

driveway to the properties was in poor condition really bad pot holes was a very bumpy ride. would have been good to see the reception and gym open but realise we were out of season
