Everything was fine during my stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for what I needed.

The place was clean, simple and nice, it was at an acceptable distance from the city centre and parking was available at a nearby location.
The constant noise between 8-10 AM in the morning when someone kept entering and exiting the building every 5 minutes: the room had quite poor soundproofing, so this was bothersome since the door at the entrance kept being slammed and the buzzer was really loud and kept ringing whenever the access card was used. This would be the only downsize and it’s probably not the best place to stay in if you are not an early riser.

The property is located in an accessible area and has parking. The two guesthouses are very convenient, being located near clinics and hospitals.
I won’t return. The room is okay — clean enough, quiet, relatively tidy, but nothing special either. However, the attitude of the owner or the person at the reception is concerning. He allows himself strange verbal familiarities and inuendos. I felt he had no respect in interactions with women, I didn’t feel safe,
