The breakfast was amazing as Batson is an amazing cook and very friendly. His food is made with his positive vibes and the flavour stands out. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. The entire estate is well maintained and the pool looks so inviting. I highly recommend Eagles nest if you are looking for a weekend breakaway or a little longer. Helen and her team are friend and very professional. They make you feel at home and are so welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. If you see this as a recommendation don't look any further or scroll past. This is the perfect place. If you looking for True South African "gees", then you have come to the right place.
There is nothing not to love in this beautiful place. Only problem we had was that we had to leave eventually!

the bathroom was kept clean all the time I was around the place...the bathroom supplies were good at all the time...the warm/hot water was excellent...overall bathroom facilities were very very good...
not anything specific but probably the fact that the kitchen is NOT open till say 10pm...but I understood the business model, and it is acceptable by all means.
