Room was clean and neat

everything was great, from the staff (Nicolas) to room.
Bookings.com website is not the best, very unhelpful and very difficult to contact anyone for questions. I had to find another way to make the payment, and your AI frequently asked questions is terrible. You need access to humans who can try help

The location was central enough for where I needed to be.
Staff were friendly.
We were without electricity from early hours on the Friday morning and the power was only restored early hours of the Monday morning when I needed to book out.
This was a huge inconvenience, as there is no backup power onsite, such as a generator, for guest to be able to charge their devices, etc
We couldn't cook as there was no gas cooking facilities onsite as a backup. The grocery items we bought basically went off due to there not being any electricity. The accomodation could use airconditioning for the extremely hot days.
