The location of the hotel was perfect, it was closer to malls and shopping centers. The breakfast was also delicious.
The breakfast service at the restaurant was disappointing. The waiting time for orders was extremely long, and there was no communication to inform guests about the service delay. I also did not appreciate that only instant coffee was available and that guests were unable to make coffee themselves; we had to wait for an assistant who was often too busy to help promptly.
In addition, the rooms would benefit from having full-length mirrors and extension plugs. There was only one available plug point on one side of the electric blanket, which was inconvenient.
Lastly, the hotel should consider providing a pair of good-quality scissors for guest use.
