Great location and very helpful responsive host. Staff were all great. Host was very nice to accommodate my request for a quiet room, by upgrading my room. Overall a very easy and comfortable stay
I thought some of the furniture needed a re-fresh or steam clean - perhaps even switch around the 2 light colored sofa's so that the cleaner sofa is evident on first impression.

the host was abrupt and rude, she wasn't aware that booking.com took in a booking after 5 pm. i arrived at 1030 on sunday evening due to a delayed fight she wasnt impressed and had no clue that you had confired my booking.
