This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
City/town permit number: VRC20-000014
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Dock details: Room for up to a 36' boat
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had such a wonderful time in AMI and the 3 Oars house made it even better. Great house with spacious rooms. Loved the kitchen and open family room layout.

Spent a month here and wanted to buy the place by the time we were leaving (Not for sale). The pool is huge and there are plenty of pool toys. We’ll be back

My family of four and another family of four rented this house for two weeks. We are boaters and fish, great location for both. Canal opened up into Bimini Bay. The beach was a 12-15 minute walk, so we would pile in one car and drive to 77th St beach and park. No issues parking even during the busy time of the day. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. House was decorated beautifully. We felt the pool was too hot - its summer but it was HOT!!! We had an issue with plumbing at the end of the stay in the downstairs restrooms - it was resolved quickly. If you are a beach lover that loves walking to the beach this home may be farther than you like, but if you fish and boat you cant beat the location.
