My room was very clean and comfortable. It was very small but very good for what I’ve payed for. The bathroom is shared and was in an ok condition. Very secure, door can be locked, and there is also an elevator which is very nice. The staff were very nice! Recommend

There was some noise until late at night and I believe it was the owners talking at reception, but I’m a heavy sleeper so I did not bother, but for some people it may be a problem.

Comfortable bed with professionally laundered sheets and towels. This was one of the cheapest places I could find to stay in Rome and I was expecting it not to be great after reading reviews. It's basically a flatshare with a small common room with tiny kitchen (hotplate, sink, fridge) and a TV. The room itself was much bigger than expected, the bed was really comfortable. My room had access to a terrace! But no window. Although this kept it nice and dark at night. The guys who run it are friendly, from Bangladesh/Pakistan and watch cricket obsessively. The neighbourhood wasn't as bad as I was expecting, and a lot of restaurants nearby. Also about 5 minutes walk to Termini, so easy to get to the airport or another part of Italy from here. If you've stayed in a shared hostel or a fleapit hotel in Asia, you will appreciate this place for what it is. Privacy, comfortable bed, shared bathroom and close to the railway station. Perfect for 1-3 nights. The lift (I saw someone else complaining about this) is totally fine! It's charming :)

Bathroom could do with an upgrade. But two showers and two loos meant that I never had to wait, and actually I didn't see any other guests staying (although I heard them come in and out sometimes). Internet once cut-out. But I was happy working on my desk with the terrace doors open.
