Apartment Ivan

Great place to stay in the old town of Split. Approx 30 stairs to walk up to the apartment, with a great view of the plaza. Easy walk to cafes , restaurants and tourist sites . Kitchen was very well equipped. The apartment was spotless, huge bedroom , even juice and bottled water left for us! Excellent communication with the host.

Washing machine was not working properly. Host was not aware, but they was receptive and helpful with issues

The video was so helpful. The communication was so prompt and lovely.

Bed was really hard but didn’t take away from the experience.

First and foremost location, excellent location in the Old Town but google maps took me outside the walls and was tricky finding but I've attached several photos to help anyone looking an easy way to locate. Enter at the 'rear' of the town, through the gate with the large Gregory of Nin statue, take the first left and enter a food courtyard and look over to the far right to see two dark double doors and there will be a number '4' above them. Enter through, up the steps till you see the door with the security lock and the apartment is directly through there. Your host Andrea will send you a short video to greet you! Any questions and Andrea is quick to respond with whatever information you'll need. Apartment is spotless, modern and in a fantastic location. Noise was actually at a minimum considering a busy restaurant just below outside, in Croatia I can honestly say after several visits I've never had reason to complain. Location is Old Town, so it's on your doorstep, promenade is 5 mins away and if you like a walk, the forest park is only 25 minutes walk away, basically everything is within easy reach. So if visiting Split, I can honestly say try apartment Ivan, you'll be glad you did!

Nothing, Met my expectations.

Strategic location and well renovated

I was communicating my check in time clearly but the host was not there when I arrived and I was also lost, had to wait on the street for around 10 minutes. Too many stairs and wasn’t told of this in advance. The washing machine was faulty and it wouldn’t spin to rinse the clothes and when I told the host about this, she insisted that it normally works fine, and there were no follow ups.
