Fantastic apartment eith best location in Split

Such a wonderful studio apartment in a perfect location right inside the walls of the Diocletian Palace. Clean and spacious, everything you need, just a shame I only had a couple of days stay here. The bed was so comfy and fantastic shower. I couldn't have picked a more perfect location, so close to everywhere in Old Town, it was easy to nip back whenever I needed. My deluxe studio apartment was on the top floor, tucked away in a small square, just off the Diocletian Palace, and below were two amazing restaurants...Portofino and Konoba Korta...busy every night. Just out on the main walk through, you have the Diocletian Palace, with live music in the square from the Luxor Restaurant. Access to the town market is through the palace gates on the left, and route to the ferry is just less than 5 minutes. I advise those route to get to the apartment as less steps. Despite the buzz and atmosphere of the restaurants and live music, the noise didnt disturb my sleep. I would 100% recommend, and I wouldn't even look elsewhere when I come back to Split.

It was fine for me...but there are 29 steps to the deluxe studio apartment. Not steep though.

Absolutly perfect place to stay a couple of days (or more) and explore Split!

Everything was just great! Clean, beautiful & modern rooms - with good and comfortable beds - and all you need at the perfect spot in Splits old town centre! I would definitely return back to Borna and Franko Rooms in Split! The host was flexible, helpful and easy to be in contact with! Lovely place!

Great location and nice room

The location was excellent in a little square inside the palace. Minutes away from everything. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The shower was a good size. It was on the second floors so some steps. Definitely would stay again

Great and beautiful accommodation right in the city center!

Couldn't find anything more central for our accommodation! Literally next to Diocletian's Palace amongst the picturesque cobblestone streets. We were a group of 6 people and stayed in the two upper level flats which were fully renovated and beautifully decorated. Super comfortable beds and good facilities. The host was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great place to stay in old town

Excellent location. Very clean and larger than other rooms we have stayed in in Split. No elevator to reach our 3rd floor apartment but not a problem for us. Excellent air conditioning too.

Cutest accom in the heart of the city

Such a great location in the heart of old town. The room was so cute and all you needed. Host was super responsible and helpful and provided all details to check in ourselves after hours. Would definitely be back and recommend! Can’t fault it

Really central to everything in split city centre. The host was absolutely amazing and helped us with a lot of tourist information and background on the city. She was available for support 24/7 as we needed to contact her about a problem with our room but this was resolved promptly.

The room we were given on the first 2 nights was filthy and filled with flies. Not only this but the room was extremely noisy due to the fact one of the walls in the room was actually a wooden panel that faced into one of the busiest alleyways for tours. The aircon also stopped working on day 2 which prompted us to contact the host to move rooms as we had, had enough.

Exceptional

Perfect location, two great restaurant right outside the door and easy access to everything. Easy to get from the main bus terminal and local bus stops. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. It was pretty quiet, even being on the ground floor within Diocletian's palace. It was right in the center of everything, making it really easy to pop back into our room to drop off things or change clothing.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the mattresses. The hot water tank was small and set to a pretty low setting which meant there was only enough hot water for a very brief shower (enough to quickly wash hair and body but not enough to also shave or let conditioner sit in hair). We were able to watch the gauge on the tank to see when it had warmed back up for the other person to shower.

Comfortable and quiet stay, would recommend to others visiting Split

The space was clean and as pictured. Very convenient location in the Diocletian's Palace and walkable to everything (bus, ferry, great restaurants, etc.). Room was on the ground floor so not many stairs to deal with and also fairly easy to find. Not a lot of outside noise. The fridge and hot water kettle were nice touches.

Internet was spotty, beds were a little too soft. Room got slightly humid, probably because it was the ground floor. Also, there was limited hot water so we had to wait between showers.

Great location but not for those who need silence

The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we checked in. Check-out was very easy. Location is great.

We expected that there would be room cleaning during the stay but there wasn't any. The sound insulation doesn't exist, we heard everything happening in the hallway and even neighbouring rooms.

Amazing stay at Split

The hotel has an amazing location right in the heart of the old town in split. The room was very cozy and clean más was equipped with everything you need for the stay. The hostess was very kind and even though we arrived late, she was waiting for us at the hotel to give us the keys and welcome us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was very welcoming. They provided us with a lot of information about the place and the surroundings, including suggestions on where to go. The place is situated in the city and is very beautiful. As a matter of fact the location could not have been any better.
