About this house rental
This lovely, cosy house totally refurbished sits only a few minutes away from the main square. It offers a nice and light sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The first floor has a bathroom with shower, 2 connected bedrooms, ideal for parents with small children. This room is open to the stairs leading onto the second floor where room No3 is. This bedroom has very nice views and a double bed. This room shares the bathroom on the 1st floor. Outside, across the path, there is a great porch area, perfect to enjoy nice meals, both during the day or at night. The good size terrace and the garden with the refreshing pool invite to spend hours outside. There is also a laundry room and a full bathroom with shower.

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
This authorization allows circulation only, but it does NOT permit parking on public streets within the town center. Parking is only allowed in designated public parking areas.
Public parking facilities are available on the outskirts of the municipality as well, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone. Before your arrival, we will provide you with detailed information on how to obtain the required authorization, as well as a map with access routes and parking options.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Wonderful villa with gorgeous outdoor space and pool. Very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Very short walk to Soller, and 5 mins on foot to supermarket. Virginia was so accommodating and even honoured our late checkout FOC to coincide with our airport transfer. We can’t wait to stay again.

The local manager Virginia was super helpful with changing dates-of-stay and late checkout. The pool was wonderful, along with the full bathroom nearby. The neighborhood was quiet but only 15 minutes walk to the town center. The lack of A/C was not an issue even in the hot mid-June weather due to the stone construction and ceiling fans.

Absolutely perfect! Home from home! The house was clean, kitted out with everything you could think of. Location was ideal, 10 minute walk in to Soller centre. 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which you can get a 10 minute bus to the port. Cannot fault and would definitely return! Thank you!
