This attractive townhouse offers a marvellous view of the imposing backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. The convenient location also allows for spontaneous excursions without having to use the car.
Go hiking in the nearby mountains or explore the area by bike! If you want to spend a day in the house, you will also find inviting places to relax and linger. The balcony and roof terrace offer seating and sunbathing options directly under the Mallorcan sky. And if you fancy a stroll through the village in between, all you have to do is descend the stairs and set off.
Another option is to find a cosy spot in the spacious interior of the house. The open-plan living and dining room with TV and fireplace offers several options. You can also take a seat in the adjoining kitchen. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for self-catering. The exit to the balcony is very practical. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a cot on this living level. There is also a shower room here. Upstairs there are two further spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. Thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning system, this townhouse is pleasant to live in all year round.
