Host communicated very promptly and helpfully, great and thoughtful attention to detail in house, very well equipped (even four types of coffee makers), high standard of cleanliness. The house is very much a lived-in house so don't expect lavish modern fittings but always highly serviceable and clean and extremely comfortable beds, good lighting in bedrooms and air conditioning. Very close to centre, restaurants and shops and within delightful historic area. A range of basic cooking ingredients were already in the house and most welcome. Would most definitely return and recommend.

This is not a house for anyone with mobility issues- multiple staircases over three floors and several mezzanines (not a problem for us). I wonder if more information on how the taxis work could be provided - a very local system that we didn't understand and caused us à good deal of anxiety, not helped by a fairly useless tourist office. We were 'saved' by help from a museum worker! Also helpful to have some information (on doctors, emergency services, bus timetables etc ) in the house, unless we missed it! (Especially as tourist office hours are very restricted and also don't seem to be able to offer much help!). A more comfortable seating area in the lounge area would be appreciated.

The apartment was huge, we loved that we had lots of space. Every room has air conditioning which was essential in the heat. We loved the kitchen, it had everything we needed. The decorations were really authentic to the neighbourhood. And the location was everything, so close to the centre of Sóller. The host gave us tips and instructions on parking and shopping, all close to the apartment. Port de Sóller (beach) is about 10-15 minutes by bus, from a bus stop nearby (about 5 minutes walk).

Hard to say anything bad, we found a cockroach one day, but that is it.

Elegance/Furniture/Well-Equipped/Air-conditioned/easy instructions/great areas to sit + enjoy/balconies/facilities like washing machine/coffee machine/pretty crockery/simple diagrams for recycling/huge useful hallway/parasols for beach/great communication with host. So many things!

Neighbours were a bit noisy some nights, Car alarms and an irritating light.
