About this villa rental
The villa is located in the center of the town of Maiori and is located in the center of Amalfi. the area. The town, fairly large for the average size of the other villages on the coast, has a colorful look and offers colorful nightlife as well as good restaurants, shops and a tourist port.
The property, surrounded by greenery, is located in Salicerchie, a small and untouched bay with a pebble beach appropriately named 'Clear Water' due to its remarkable crystal clear waters. 160 steps from the main road.
The main features of the villa are on the different levels. Supplies are high quality.
From the terrace you will enjoy a stunning view, a 180 degree view of the sea and the mountain
In front of you, you will find a "watch tower", called "Torre Normanna", which is now a famous restaurant and night club. A bit further off, you will see in front of you the magnificent tract of coast where Amalfi, Ravello and other small villages lie, all the way to the Cape of the Conca dei Marini.
An authentic "Belvedere terrace", a relaxing living area. The views from the belvedere are impressive, especially at night when the moon shines off the glittering Mediterranean sea
Inside the villa is completely built in the rock and spreads over two levels.
To stay at Villa Victoria a car is not necessary. However, if you have a car, the villa features 2 private parking spaces.

Back to the main terrace, 12 steps up to the sun deck. From the solarium, you can access the private outdoor pool (4 x 7 x 1. 30) located 7 steps below and the Jacuzzi terrace reachable by climbing 12 more steps.
The outdoor Jacuzzi is suitable for 6 people and can be heated to enhance your sensory experience. It also features a radio system.
From the garden, you enter directly into the open living / dining room with a kitchen corner.
6 people around a glass coffee table, a white cupboard, a folding table and a romantic fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge with freezer, an electric oven, 4 induction stoves, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances.
On this level, there are two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a bidet.
Has a ceiling fan and a window opening onto the main terrace and an air conditioning / heating unit
Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (180x160)
The second floor is reachable by climbing 16 stone steps.
Here you will find another double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The bedroom features a French door opening onto a small balcony with sea view and is equipped with air conditioning / heating unit and a double bed (180x160)
The en-suite bathroom with a green majolica tiles is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a shower.
Access: The Villa is situated along the main coastal road that links to the villages of the Amalfi Coast. From the main road, a short driveway (about 50mt) takes to the parking of the villa which is shared with another property belonging to the owner's family.
Private parking spaces for 2 cars 1 or 1 minute cars are welcome to the Villa Vittoria (Be aware that you are a car)
You will reach Villa Vittoria from the parking area along a private walkway.
Facilities: Pool (4 x 7 x 1. 30) opens from May 04- October 12, air conditioning in two bedrooms and central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, Satellite TV, DVD player, WI-FI Internet access, 4 induction stoves, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, barbecue, American coffee-maker, ironing facilities, hair dryers, screens in all rooms.
Mandatory cleaning fee: EUR 200 payable locally for week including cleaning and change of linen and towels and end-of-week cleaning.
Maid service: on request on confirmation of booking, payable locally. Approximately 15 Euros per hour
Visitor's tax payable locally in cash is Euro 1.50 / 2. 00 per person per night. (Children under 10 years of age are exempt)

Distances: Grocery shops, banks, post offices, bars, restaurants and more in the center of Maiori town center at about 2 km (1.8 miles) from the villa. The town of Maiori is really pleasant, shops and restaurants are very reasonable. The harbor is perfect for picking up a boat to go to Amalfi, Positano, Capri etc
Minori 2 km, Vietri sul Mare 14 km, Salerno 20 km, Positano 27 km, Amalfi 9 km, Ravello 12 km, Pompei 47 km.
The sea is right below the property. Walk along the coastal road (about 500 meters) then along a communal staircase of about 160 steps.
Airports: Naples (nearest airport) 65 Km, Rome Fiumicino 265 Km.

This is a great home base for the Amalfi coast. Maiori is quieter and slower than Amalfi or Positano. The villa is about a 15 min walk to town and the beach. If you want dinner or groceries delivered to your door, no problem. Daniella, who was our concierge, was fantastic. I was really sick when I arrived and she went to the pharmacy for me as well as arranging some great day trips. Take the tour that Daniella recommends to Capri. It’s a long day but very worth it. My family will have life long great memories of our 5 days at Villa Costanza.
