The well-equipped antique majolica kitchen. From the large terrace you can sunbathe and let yourself be enchanted by the view of the Gulf Sea.
It has a slope to the sea, also common to the other apartments of the structure (Cherry - Black Mulberry) with a large pitch used as a solarium, equipped with umbrella, deckchairs and sun loungers, a ladder for access to the sea.
The property is located in a centuries-old park of 15,000 square meters with pine, olive and citrus trees that slope down to the sea.
The property is located in Ischia Porto, in Via S.Alessandro, a small uphill pedestrian street behind the left bank, very close to the hydrofoils and ferries (5 minutes on foot), a few steps from the center of Ischia Porto, just a 5-15 minute walk from restaurants, shops, convenience stores, the central bus station, taxis, car rentals, mopeds.
Spiaggia degli Inglesi is only 300 meters away on foot from the house and other beaches are a 15-minute walk from the house (behind the shopping street, Via Roma).
The price includes wi-fi, air conditioning, utilities, bed and bath linen, but we ask our parents to bring beach towels.
