Apartment is in a good location: in an old house at the end of Pescul, a quiet and not crowded village in the middle of some beautiful mountains. If you open the windows, you have a great view to Mt Pelmo. Owner Angela was helpful (but not able to help us with the broken WiFi).
WiFi did not work at all after 2nd until the 7th and final day. Apartment is full of old furniture and things nobody needs, and it is a bit dark.

The apartment is very cozy and clean, situated really close to the ski lift (so we didn't have any problem walking there with little kids). The rooms and kitchen were equipped with everything needed, the supermarket is 3 minutes by car. But in 2 minutes walking distance there is a local shop with everything essential. The host, Angela, has been very hospitable and helpful!

+ Great location, 150m from ski lift, nice new toilet/bathroom, new washer/dryer, good heating, one room is really big, very well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable beds (others was not so good). Host was very friendly and helpful. And it was cheap.
- Second room is small, old furniture (not smell well), parking place is 50-150m away, not enough space for ski and other wet ski stuff. There was a problem with blocked toilet, i hope only exceptionally. The house looks neglected from the outside. There is only limited place for 6 person and their stuff. It's better for 4...
