The hotel staff were absolutely great in taking care of us after we had a car accident and left with out a car. They arranged train tickets to our next destination, send our luggage to our next hotel and just were very nice.
The hotel itself looks very well maintained. Has two public baths. One of them on the roof top, which is amazing.
The dinner was great (kaisaki style).
Totally recommend
