The location was unbeatable and the shutters for the windows really kept out the heat perfectly. Aircon is always a bonus in Italy during summer.
The bathroom lacked some ventilation so there a faint smell but with use it went away.

Wonderful apartment for me and my family, there are 4 of us and we were all very comfortable. The apartment is located right in the heart of the city which is perfect for us as we needed to break up the day and escape the heat we were never far away for the apartment. Communication with the host with brilliant throughout the whole booking. I would highly recommend and stay there again.

Extremely clean and tidy. Comfortable bedding and couch. Bathroom facilities were very good with complimentary toiletries.

Really nice close to all things tourist in Florence. The apartment was amazing and the communication with staff was quick and reliable.
