Location and food were really good. The bar staff were excellent, very friendly and welcoming

The only issue was that the smoke alarm went off on a few nights due to guests smoking in their rooms.

Impeccably clean resort with incredibly delicious and diverse food! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Special shout-out to the entertainers for always being full of energy and giving their best to make everyone's stay even more pleasant!

There's nothing to complain about with the food, that was something that saved the experience (everything is always fresh tasteful and new dishes almost everyday). The location is good I suppose. Also some workers really try to help (in the restaurant, on the front desk)

I don’t know how you can loose something in the hotel unless that was taken by someone (two things were lost from the drying rack in two different rooms and disappeared no matter how many times we tried to ask to help and find them) so if you’re scared to loose things, beware, no one will help. The superior rooms don’t have better noise cancelling (walls and doors are weak and thin), so you will hear the parties and other guests no matter where you stay. WiFi is only in “public” areas, so if your room is far away from those, no internet connection for you (how is that even possible in 2025?!). Some other workers on the other hand are either not interested and just say it’s impossible to do something, or are just tired of people and work.
