    Spacious, very clean room with a comfortable bed and good A/C. Daily cleaning, quick dry concrete floors for coming in and out of the pool accessible from the room. Friendly front desk staff. Not necessarily the most private as the room windows/patio door looks out to the restaurant/bar area. A bit further away from the main area although that was good for limiting beach noise. Patio was not as clean as room.

    I stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel is spotless, calm, and perfectly located, close to the beach but away from the main strip. Staff were wonderful, especially *** who went above and beyond to help with my transfers and excursions. My only note is that vegan breakfast options were limited, so worth emailing ahead if you have dietary needs. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and I’d happily return!

    Loved our hotel room. The room is equipped with pretty much anything you'd want. The balcony connected straight to the pool is very nice to relax on. Pool was rather chilly, but that's to be expected with the weather. Hotel is small and intimate. I would have loved some more breakfast options, but everything was fresh and the produce was amazing. Staff was also very nice. Room service 10/10.

    If I could give **zero stars**, I absolutely would. The **receptionist’s attitude** was shocking — rude, dismissive, and made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a guest. It honestly felt like they’d never heard of customer service before. Then came the **room disaster**. The **bath towels were filthy**, like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. And the **shower gel was so diluted** it was basically colored water — completely useless! For a hotel that claims to offer comfort, this was nothing short of a nightmare. Seriously, management needs a serious wake‑up call. Cleanliness, courtesy, and basic hospitality are not optional — they’re the bare minimum!
