Geweldige rustige en mooie locatie op het platteland, schitterend zwembad, superspar 3-5 km verderop.
Een leuke woonkamer met keukenkast om te koken en wasbak.
Keurige ruime doucheruimte.
Grote slaapkamer met groot bed en een terrasje met zitje.

Къщата се намира извън населените места и е много прохладно в летните горещини. Ние бяхме в апартамент на партера с директен излаз към басейна. Апартамента е ОК за 4 души, леглата са удобни, в кухнята има всичко необходимо. Басейна е отличен, може да се плува в него. С удоволствие ще се върнем отново когато сме в тези райони на Италия

Die Bauweise, die eine Klimaanlage überflüssig macht (App im EG), der Pool und Parkplätze. Ruhige Lage, 1 - 2 km zu den nächsten Lokalen und Supermärkte. Netter Besitzer, unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir konnten auch unsere e-Bikes im Schuppen abstellen.
Beengte Küchenzeile (auch nur für das Frühstück zuzubereiten), es fehlen Sitzpolster für den Außenbereich, im Schlafzimmer gibt es bei der Terrassentür keinen Insektenschutz (Fenster ist im Schlafzimmer nicht vorhanden)

La struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca pace e relax. Il titolare è gentile e disponibile, il che rende l’accoglienza piacevole.
La struttura ha davvero ottime potenzialità, ma purtroppo ho riscontrato qualche mancanza nell’attenzione ai dettagli. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato era piena di ragnatele, segno di una pulizia non sempre curata. Inoltre, come decorazione, erano presenti fiori finti che a mio avviso non valorizzano l’ambiente, non parliamo poi dell'applicazione inquietante sulla parete di fronte al letto: sarebbe meglio non mettere nulla o puntare su soluzioni più semplici e naturali.
