Wonderful

We had a great experience staying here! The apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has all the basics, and the rooms are cozy and quiet.Wi-Fi works perfectly, which was important for us.The parking space right in front of the house was very convenient. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool! It’s very comfortable, with sun loungers and umbrellas, and even a jacuzzi function, which made our time by the pool extra relaxing. The location is great – just a short drive from Treviso and Venezia, supermarkets, and restaurants. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, making it ideal for families. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful host, and stuff, who made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Quiet peaceful place

I liked that it was quiet. Bed was comfortable and the pool was nice.

It’s quite remote. We didn’t have a car and we needed to get a taxi a couple of times and the taxi price starts from Treviso. €35 before we even got into the taxi !! We were arriving late and the owners told us that we couldn’t check in, that we’d have to find somewhere else. They did eventually agree to leave a key out for us but we were a bit worried at first which didn’t help with our traveling that day.

The pool area is lovely and relaxing, apartment had everything you needed, bed was very comfy.

Would recommend hiring a car when staying here to be able to access local town roncade and other areas.

Very nice area, quiet. Nice owners, very helpful. Apartment was ok, with exterior blinds. Property is very good maintained. Pool is a big plus. Close drive to Venice. A very good pizza place 5 minutes away.

Matrice too hard. I sleep on a very hard ortopedic matrice at home, but this one was not confortable.

- Our kids (7 and 9 years) loved the pool area and so did we. It is wonderful. - Nice surroundings and a perfect location for exploring the Veneto region. - We also enjoyed our private area outside. - Good working wi-fi

- There was a lot of mosquitos when we were there. - The appartment was a bit dark - Hard beds and pillows - That the pool closed at 7pm.

Essendo una struttura in campagna e periodo autunnale, siamo stati soggetti purtroppo a tante cimici che nonostante le finestre chiuse, tentavano insistentemente e sono riuscite ad entrare nell'appartamento creando disagi. Sono completamente consapevole che è un problema di madre natura, ma snervante nel sapere che potevano essere dappertutto. Purtroppo non so nemmeno cosa suggerire per risolvere la situazione!

Soggiorno piacevole e appagante

Per il nostro viaggio la struttura è stata perfetta. Forse per il periodo non era sovraffollata e questo ci ha consentito di goderci gli spazi esterni, fantastici perché godibili direttamente passando dall’uscita sul retro dell’appartamento, che son sembrati quasi tutti per noi… L’appartamento è carino, in stile rustico e di campagna, con travi a vista e paioli appesi. La piscina esterna è meravigliosa, peccato non poterla utilizzare per il periodo in cui siamo stati (metà ottobre).

L’offerta è stata in linea con le nostre esigenze ed aspettative. Se in una parte della struttura ci fosse stata una zona ristorante/ colazioni sarebbe stato molto gradito!

You get what you pay for

Poll war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Zimmer waren ok und sauber. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer plus einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Küche. Die Küche ist eine mini-Küche mit zwei Kochplatten. Für ein paar Tage kommt man damit aus... mehr aber nicht.

Fernseher waren vorhanden, sind aber hoffnungslos veraltet.

Con qualche piccolo accorgimento la qualità del soggiorno aumenterebbe.

La struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca pace e relax. Il titolare è gentile e disponibile, il che rende l’accoglienza piacevole.

La struttura ha davvero ottime potenzialità, ma purtroppo ho riscontrato qualche mancanza nell’attenzione ai dettagli. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato era piena di ragnatele, segno di una pulizia non sempre curata. Inoltre, come decorazione, erano presenti fiori finti che a mio avviso non valorizzano l’ambiente, non parliamo poi dell'applicazione inquietante sulla parete di fronte al letto: sarebbe meglio non mettere nulla o puntare su soluzioni più semplici e naturali.

Fantastyczne miejsce. Doskonałe na wypady do Wenecji i Treviso. Zorganizowaliśmy również wycieczkę w Dolomity i Alpy. Na miejscu niczego nie brakowało. Pokój wszechstronny, doskonale wyposażony. Łóżka wygodne, nowe materace. Kuchnia bogato wyposażona, wiele naczyń, sztućce. Pokoje przytulne, czyste. Dodatkowo koce gdyby komuś było zimno. Na zewnątrz cudowny basen, leżaki, piłkarzyki, stół do tenisa. Każda rzecz zadbana. Teren bardzo zadbany. Doskonały stosunek ceny do jakości.

Uciążliwe komary na co właściciel nie ma wpływu. Dobrze, że mieliśmy preparaty przeciwko komarom.

Un bellissimo luogo per rigenerarsi

Per motivi di lavoro ho trascorso 9 giorni in questa struttura e rientrare ogni sera era come tornare a casa per l'atmosfera familiare e la pace meravigliosa che si respira in questo luogo. Stupendi i proprietari, sempre disponibili e gentilissimi, un'oasi di natura e di pace e allo stesso tempo un luogo molto bello e ricco di tutti i confort, compresa la stupenda piscina. L'appartamento bellissimo e pulitissimo, parcheggio super comodo e grandissima cura dei dettagli. Favoloso il letto, ho dormito meglio che a casa!!!!!! Sicuramente un luogo di elevatissima energia e bellezza dove si ha desiderio di tornare. Grazie, il vostro amore per quello che fate arriva tutto!!!

Ideali lokacija. Iki visų pagrindinių objektų 30-45min kelio. Aplink vien vynuogynai, plačios degustacinės galimybės. Teritorija labai didelė, kitų svečių net nesijaučia. Baseinas švarus, nuolat prižiūrimas. Puiki poilsio erdvė - stalo tenisas, stalo futbolas. Saulės skėčiai, daug lokacijų su staliukais ir kėdėm, susėsti pietums ar kavai. Kambariuose daug rankšluosčių, patalynė švari. Spintose galima rasti papildomų užtiesalų, jei šalta. Lankstus išvykimas.

Turėjome problemų dėl atvykimo, pasikeitus skrydžio laikams, bet jos buvo išspręstos. Nors virtuvėje buvo orkaitė, indų ja naudotis ne. Tai smulkmenos, kurios tikrai nublanko prieš visa tai kuo galėjome mėgautis visą savaitę šioje ramybės oazėje.

agréable, reposant, pratique et confortable

l'emplacement est idéal par rapport à Venise . il y a une dizaine de kms pour aller à Mestre où on a laissé notre voiture dans un parking gratuit et on a pris le tramway à moins de 100 M qui nous amène direct à venise . . le forfait Venise comprend le bus, le tramway et le vaporetto . l'appartement est grand ( chambre, salle de bains et salle à manger-cuisine ) et bien équipé ( il manquerait un micro-onde) il donne directement sur un très grand et joli jardin avec pleins de coins terrasse pour manger et aussi directement sur une immense piscine avec jacuzzi, super agréable . des relax avec des parasols pour tous . Le Mr est très agréable et parle plusieurs langues . On a apprécié le linge fourni de très bonne qualité et le ménage compris en fin de séjour . il y a un parking fermé pour tous . On recommandera à quelqu'un qui veut voir Venise et se reposer au soleil .
