Ideal holiday home for a couple who wants to visit VENICE and beyond, surrounded by greenery in a single villa, with private garden, garage, free wi-fi, in a quiet and convenient area for services, consisting of a double bedroom plus a sofa bed ( becomes a queen size bed when there are 3 guests), kitchen and full bathroom with large shower.
Located on the outskirts of VENICE in the center of the small city of art MOGLIANO VENETO, just 20 minutes by train to VENICE. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the house, with very frequent trains to VENICE and back. A weekly train pass, valid for unlimited round trips between MOGLIANO VENETO and VENICE, has a fee of € 13.30. Bus stops to go to VENICE or other destinations are near the train station. Just 20 minutes by car to the airports of VENICE and TREVISO. At the crossroads of cities of art and beaches. TREVISO, PADOVA, VERONA and VICENZA are also easily accessible, with an excellent railway connection. LIDO DI JESOLO and other beaches at 40 km.

Romeo and Simone were excellent hosts. Their apartment in Mogliano Veneto had everything we needed and is perfect for a couple to enjoy their stay while visiting Venice and outlying islands, Burano, Murano and Torcello. We had dinner at a nice restaurant, Da Pino, recommended by Romeo and morning breakfasts at a cute cafe by the train station. It was convenient to take the train or bus to Venice or other places from their home. Romeo and Simone were very friendly and took pride in making our stay with them an enjoyable experience. Thank you Simone and Romeo for a wonderful vacation to see Venice and other beautiful places.

The property & location & ease of transport were just as described, Simona & Romeo were excellent hosts & even the town of Mogliano Veneto is nice to walk around, it just couldn't have been better

Accommodation very well maintained. Romeo is very helpful. A great base for Venice and padua. We were lucky to hear the best concert ever - vivaldi and handel at the local church.

Simona'and Romeos property is very nice. It is very clean and has a most comfortable bed with good pillows. The towels are thick and fluffy and plenty of toiletries provided. There is a full sized fridge with induction cooktop. The wifi works well. The parking is on site and there is nice spot to sit outside for a relaxing drink. The problem for us was that it is too far from Venice for our short stay. We would've been better to haves garaged the car at Mestre and stayed in Venice because we came back late in the evening and had to connect vaporetto with train and reduced service due to the lateness of the hour.
