Unbelievable

Unbelievable rest we get there. Totally we’re 4 adults and 3 children. Polite staff, clean rooms, free parking for a car. Everything you need is around 1-2 minutes walk. 100% recommend

The apartment was cosy, spacious and well designed. Kitchen very well equipped. There is a parking place for the car. It is located near to the city center where you may find many restaurans and a superstore. Very close to the train station to Venice. We were there with 2 families with kids and felt really comfortable. We trully recommend :)

Fantastic house with 100% comfort!

Location is 8 minutes by foot from the train station. We liked the place, the streets and the atmosphere (there was a public event every evening of our stay, with great music and food, but the house is located on a silent street near the center).

Perfect

The flat was big clean a and very confortable. The host was kind and provided me informations about restaurants, laundry etc. It's 25 minutes by train to Venise saint Lucia

All was perfect 👌 I definitely recommend this place 😀 However regarding transportation: the bus was not really the best the bus comes once an hour , I advise you to take the train faster and pass more frequently.

Great stay.

This was the second time we stayed at Ca’ Olivo and it was brilliant. Very nice and spacious place, near one of the most amazing supermarkets l’ve ever seen (Cadoro) and well connected to Venice, Padova and Treviso or even Milan or Florence. highly recommend 10/10.

Fantastic apartment to stay near Venice

This apartment looked much better than in the pictures and has three bedrooms, neatly designed living room and a spacious kitchen. It also has an outside area with lounge. Very close to the train station to take the train to Venice. Also there are nice restaurants in the area, few playgrounds (need to drive a bit). The host was welcoming and nice.

The most beautiful and pleasant accommodation of our vacation in the Veneto region. Although I didn't meet the owner, I felt his hospitality and respect while benefiting from this apartment located on the entire ground floor of the villa, with a separate entrance and garden. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished, equipped with everything you need. Also, in the area of the entrance door there is a terrace with a table and garden armchairs with cushions. Communication on WhatsApp with the host was excellent. 101% recommended. Grazie!

Great place to stay outside Venice and experience life in a smaller Italian town. Ca Olivo is very well equipped and comfortable. Good cafes, bars, and restaurants in Mogliano Veneto. Train easy into Venice Santa Lucia for day trips without having to pay for the very expensive accommodation in the city itself.

Excellent week and beautiful place to stay

The location was excellent for getting to venice and Mogliano was a lovely town too and we found everyone very friendly. The owner michael was lovely, the was absolutely spotless, and the pictures don't don't it justice, we had everything we could of needed and our week long stay was just perfect. We will definitely be back soon.

Un endroit de rêve pour se loger, si l'occasion se présentait de nouveau, nous reviendrons assurément.

Séjour de 3 nuits, l'appartement a largement dépassé nos attentes , on aurait aimé y séjourner plus longtemps tellement qu'on y est bien. L'appartement est juste wow, plus beau encore que les photos. Logement spacieux, confortable et propre. Les lits sont super pour de bonnes nuits de sommeil, cuisine bien équipée. Espace salon et salle à manger un plus,sans oublier la belle terrasse. Proche de la gare et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et autres commodités dans un environnement calme et sėcure. Espace de stationnement pour ceux qui ont une voiture. Michael est un excellent hôte, très disponible et réactif pour porter assistance, super apprécié. Grazie mille Michael! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

Прекрасный город. Вилла расположена в центре города. 3 минуты до супермаркета, 5 минут до станции. Вокруг много кафе, ресторанов. Вилла очень удобная и просторная. На кухне все есть: плита, посудомойка, микроволновка… Хозяин оперативно отвечает в WiFi на все вопросы и решает все проблемы. Спасибо! Нам очень понравилось!

Для любителей тепла, возможно будет прохладно. Но нам ОК.

Predivan apartman, ali loše izoliran između katova

Odlična lokacija, predivan apartman, parking, svi sadržaji u prostoru. Blizina dućana, kolodvora, dobar internet, no sve je pokvarila ne buka s ulice, ne crkvena zvona već buka vlasnika koji žive iznad apartmana. Malo empatije bi dobro došlo.

Pišem ovo za sve one koji imaju lagan san i žele odmor. Buka koju stvaraju vlasnici iznad apartmana, u periodu od 23 do ponekad 2 ujutro. Na žalost zgrada je nekvalitetno zvučno izolirana i vrlo akustična. Ne možemo utjecati na život vlasnika, ali čujete otvaranje ograde na daljinski, penjanje po stepenicama, povlačenje namještaja i hodanje po petama. Čak se u apartmanu po noći čuje i kada im netko zvoni. Ukoliko se glasno raspravljaju ili na telefon ili međusobno i to se čuje. U 10 dana, vlasnik me nije pitao ni da li je sve u redu, ni treba li mi išta. Na moj upit da stane buka u 1:30 u noći ni odgovora, ni isprike. Jedno jutro samo se pred balkonom pojavila dizalica, te je uslijedilo bušenje u stanu iznad. Bilo bi fer od vlasnika da je bar javio da će se nešto raditi, nije problem. A zadnje, kad sam odlazila, slučajno sam stisnula kvaku od vrata u kuhinji koja niti su zaključana, niti ih vi možete zaključati iz apartmana već vlasnici mogu ući kad god zažele (ne kažem da jesu, ali me ostavilo bez teksta) slika u nastavku. Dakle ako se iznajmljuje ovako lijep apartman, treba biti malo i obziran prema gostima, osobito ako ostaju 10 noći. I da, bilo bi lijepo ispratiti goste, a ne samo napisati poruku.
