The location was perfect
Very old and worn cabin, to the point the place was falling apart , the floor was like a spring board, non of the kitchen units were attached to the walls properly, the bed was very very un stable , the decking to the front was very slippy and rotten in places , we had to replace the shower head our selves as the one in their was cracked , water pressure was very poor in the shower , shame really as we had this booked for over a year and was really looking forward to it ……..

A lovely comfortable, warm and very well equipped chalet in a great location (though not quite the exact location shown on the booking.com map).
Very poor wifi/internet, in fact almost unusable. Strange as it was ok elsewhere in the village.

Brilliant place to stay and beautiful, loved the welcome drinks and gifts, had been decorated for Christmas which was a cracking touch.
The pots and pans are now very tired and could do with replacing and I think the accommodation needs a bit of alround love, the cupboards have dropped and therefore there are gaps in the worktops, the washing machine was missing its built-in door cover, the shower is not very strong at all, it just needs a refresh - completely minor points that in no way detracted from the stay

The location was good. There were some cookies and nescafe. It was clean. Enough towels. And there was good attention for the birds outsite.
After every meal you have to wash the dishes and cuttery. And the glasses too, because of all the were just 3
We didn't like the knifes. And there was no cuttingboard and not a good knife to peel the patato's and vegetables. The condition of the single beds could be better.

Excellent location for visiting the places we planned to visit. A short walk from the property there was a lovely cafe (open 9:30 to 5:00) & in the opposite direction a hotel serving drinks & food. A short drive away in Ballachulish there is a handy Co op & in Fort William (approx 14 miles) there is a M&S food hall & other supermarkets. Also in Ballachulish there is a fish sandwich bar which we can highly recommend. The property itself has two patios both with seating & tables.
Although we slept well we did find the bed very uncomfortable. There was also no paring or small veg knife only bread knifes & a big chopping knife! It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack even if only a pint of milk so either bring some milk or call at the Co op.

Beautiful and cozy place. Everything we needed from pots to shampoo/soap. Great instant coffee / cookies for breakfast. We were able to enter before our check in which was great. The hot water from the bathroom worked nicely. Would go again.
Maybe some spiderwebs on the ceiling which is completely understandable.

Location was good
A few little things like bathroom light wouldn’t stay on. Bread board and oven gloves would have been handy.

The quietness and location were fantastic. No one bothered us and we knew that the owner was on hand if we had a problem. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. There are a few restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
Perhaps a better wifi signal and the ground around the entrance was very wet and soft underfoot. The first step is also a bit high (we had an elderly couple with us.) Some hard core around the front should sort that out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. A nice tucked away location with amazing views of the loch. Lovely and clean and we did nt expect it to be so warm. Would definitely recommend to others and will come back.
The double bed is not very comfortable but could probably be solved with a mattress topper.

The shower could have been a little more powerful . Lots of hot water though.

Goeie ligging
Leuke stijl
Prima badkamer
Jammer genoeg werkte de WiFi na 1 dag niet meer. Het probleem geraakte ook de rest van de tijd niet meer opgelost... erg vervelend.
