Warm, welcoming, everything available you could need including an excellent hoover! Hot chocolate, fruit and fresh flowers though some of the fruit went off very quickly. Very warm house, loads of hot water.
Gravelled area outside needs weeding and smartening up but honestly this is not picking

Great location, all facilities excellent. Very pleasant stay.
Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom. The other bathroom is in the kitchen. In our case the 2 ladies shared the upstairs bathroom and men the downstairs one which was cumbersome. However, house design offers no alternatives. Kitchen split between 2 rooms making cooking interesting. Could use a boot brush at rear door to clean boots after a hike to prevent pine needle debris in the kitchen area.

10AM checking out time seem to be too quick for us that book only one night. Maybe it's our fault to not check the regulation before. Else, we should book for other format of accommodation e.g. hotel. The lady who came up at 10:00AM seem to be quite a little bit rude to us when telling us to get out of the house.
