Great location. Warm and cosy and could adjust heating if needed
There was only one shower. Would be better with 2 especially if 4 people were staying.
Having to carry food upstairs from kitchen.
Kitchen was a bit small.

The views from the upstairs living room are great, the house is well equipped, modern and is well located to explore the Western Highlands. The beds are comfortable with plenty of spare pillows etc. The living room is well furnished and has a large smart TV. The kitchen has everything we needed. The support staff were attentive on the messaging service.
The house wasn't entirely clean. Surfaces and floors were spotless and in good condition but there were large cobwebs in corners and on light fittings indicating it hadn't been properly dusted.
The oven extractor hood and light didn't work, which meant we didn't have very good lighting over the cooking area when you're standing in front of it. There were 3 lights that had some or all bulbs not working (maintenance came to replace them though!).

The short walk to the Loch, the short drive to Glencoe.
Lack of garden furniture to sit out, road very noisy, even at night, needs better glazed windows to reduce the road noise. Carpets had stains on, furniture not great, was not what we expected, all looked a little tired
