Great location. Easy walking distance of ballachulish and glencoe villages.

The location is good, walking distance to various hikes and food. The coffee and tea left in the apartment were great as well. It was also very clean.
The beds were so incredibly firm and pillows were very flat. Between the hard bed, flat pillows, and sound of traffic through the front window (I believe this window doesn’t seal properly), we had some of the worst sleep of our lives here. We also had an infant with us. I requested a crib ahead of time, agreed to pay for it, and it was not provided. The heat being on a timer is not ideal for having an infant. We woke up at 3AM to the heat off and our baby was cold. Also, as the other reviews said, the dog policy is not very dog friendly at all. Lastly, the washer and dryer had a large amount of rubbish in front of them, which looks to have been moved back in front of the machines whenever I went back to switch my laundry. A bit of a pain if you have your hands full of clothes.

Well appointed cottage with good views in all directions. An excellent hospitality tray on arrival and good facilities. Good parking and close to amenities ..
The friendly owner runs a lovely gallery downstairs... Shes a talented artist. She also makes fused glass art on the premises... We could hear her chipping away at glass through the connecting door in the kitchen, so you can watch her work in the gallery. Her kiln is in the shed in the garden and shes backwards and forwards so im sure she would be happy to help if you had any issues. We actually extended our stay for a fourth night as its convenient for exploring the area and the first two days were taken up with work.
For those not terribly agile note that the stairs bend round, then there are steps down again into the lounge and twin room. The cottage is also on one of the busiest main A roads through the area so traffic is constant 24/7. The double room is the quieter of the two. ( If you live in a city this might not be an issue, but we live in the countryside and came for a peaceful break so it was a bit of a negative for us).

The location was good
We were sent the wrong code for the lock box and had to ring to get the correct code. This delayed access after a very long drive.
There was no vacuum cleaner in the property which was annoying as we had a dog with us.
Also if a property is advertised as dog friendly but on arrival has restrictions to where the dog is allowed this should be stated in the advert and not forced upon guests when they arrive. We always bring throws and frebreze but the rules on arrival was that there are no dogs allowed on the couches or bedrooms. Bedrooms I understand but how can you stop a dog going on the couch at all times when they are allowed at home. Advertising this in advance would have stopped us booking this property!
Luckily for the hosts we were in need of a new hoover for home and ended up buying one locally which we used before leaving at the property.

Location. Cosy, like a home. Clean. Good communication from host. Couldn’t ask for more; the nicest place we stayed on this trip

Self catering so no provided breakfast.
The view.
No electric shaver point working. Top toilet.
Only one radiator in the kitchen working. But had a water leak at the outlet valve. wetting the floor. We put a tin under it
to catch the water.
Large radiator in bathroom required the air blead out. Only heated bottom
third. So towels not drying.

the property was perfect location with breath taking views. beds were super comfy and clean, and facilities in the cottage were perfect.
The sofa could have been bigger to accommodate all of the family.

The short walk to the Loch, the short drive to Glencoe.
Lack of garden furniture to sit out, road very noisy, even at night, needs better glazed windows to reduce the road noise. Carpets had stains on, furniture not great, was not what we expected, all looked a little tired
