Localização no centro de Lisboa, a poucos metros da zona do Cais do Sodré e da Assembleia da República. Transportes públicos perto. Prédio típico. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário para se poder fazer refeições, com mobiliário básico, mas funcional.
O prédio é antigo e precisa de obras de conservação, nomeadamente as partes comuns (escadas, porta de entrada). O próprio apartamento precisa de alguma intervenção.

La situation, le petit balcon filant
Les 4 étages sans ascenseur, l’absence de volet, très peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner, une chaleur étouffante (seulement au mois d’avril), ensemble de l’appartement vieillot à reprendre (portes de chambre qui ne ferme pas, fissures, traces d’humidité au plafond, salle de bain avec baignoire sabot).
