Beautiful view but needs some TLC.

Magnificent views of the lake. Inside there were wonderful lounges/sofas to spread out. Beds very comfortable with nice linens. Loved the cast iron frying pan.

Lack of water pressure in the shower, just a trickle coming out. Toilet seat slid across the toilet when you sat down. Missed an outdoor area to sit outside which had been shown in the photos of my booking. This was not for our use we were told on arrival as it was the owners area. There were 2 juliet balconies but not the terrace I was expecting. Second bedroom did not have aircon but a unit in the hallway. As mentioned in other reviews, parking is a challenge. It is fine in a small car but we were in a longer vehicle which only just fit in.

Amazing view, great location, very comfortable but bad water pressure.

The view is incredible and the apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable with a good kitchen. It has a carpark as well which is convenient. It's fairly quiet and has air-conditioning for the hotter days. It's close to the lakefront and restaurants, or for a walk up the rock.

The water pressure in the showers is a dribble unfortunately. The beds are quite hard, though I know this is a personal preference for some, I prefer a softer bed. The driveway up to the car park is very narrow, if you are driving a smaller car it's fine but an SUV has maybe a few cm of space either side of the wingmirrors.

The place has amazing view great location secured parking closed premises.

Bed sheet we had to pay extra in cash it was hassle to look for cash during check in . So if request for bedsheets remember to have cash!

Had a relaxing, wonderful time in Garda, Lake Garda. Definitely come again.

The property was in an excellent location with stunning views across the lake. The property was very clean and lovely and cool - only 5minute walk to the Lake. There is a balcony to spend time with a great view toward San Vigilio - a very lovely property.

The only drawback was the shower in main bathroom - pressure wasn’t very good BUT. didn’t detract from property.

Amazing experience staying in an old Villa, it’s rustic but we loved it. The beds are comfy.

The views from the apartment are fantastic the very large living area!

Should have new kitchen sponges for each guest and new soap in bathroom. The power board in kitchen does not seem to work safely. We needed to unplug each item for kettle, toaster and microwave to work. The gas lighter in kitchen drawer needs replacing. Water pressure not great and hot water temperamental. But these are very small issues.

Amazing views

The view was absolutely amazing and it was such a traditional Italian flat. the facilities were really good plenty of glasses, cutlery, dishwasher, TV etc

It's at the top of a really steep hill, the air conditioning was very basic, the parking was very very limited and requires patience and many many turn, no toiletries provided. I was also disappointed in the charges that appeared for the towels and bedding especially as we got charged extra for a fold out bed

Beautiful apartment, facilities let it down.

Absolutely stunning apartment with amazing views.

Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for someone to come and let us in. The WiFi did not work which was tricky as we had to keep in contact with our business. The hot water supply was very hit and miss and the shower head in the en-suite needs changing.

Misleading external photos was disappointing.

Main external photo shows an attractive horizontal striped building, but apartment was located in an inferior adjacent building. Apartment described as luxury which was fair for the views but we didn't think the apartment was a luxury apartment. Linen was included in the booking but we were asked for an extra 15 euros per person even after providing evidence that linen was included in the booking.

Great stay in a beautiful place but property description needs to be updated needed.

The fantastic view’s were great. Apartment was comfortable and clean and had all the basics required. Great location overlooking the lake and stroll down into town.

We thought from the booking details that we were in the large apartment at the top of the main house but this was not the case. Be aware additional charge of 15€ per person if you want bedsheets and towels which we think should be included although it is in the small print and the local tax is 2€ rather than 0.80€ as quoted. Also be mindful of a hill and 2 flights of steep steps which would not be good for very elderly. A specific check in time to let you in to the property is also required.

Bellisimo!

The view from the front windows was incredible! I could sit at the table and look outside for hours. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the bus station, the local supermarket and plenty of shops and restaurants. Loved the decor, and everything was spotless. Host was very attentive.

It didn't affect me at all, but there is a little hill and a fair few steps to negotiate, so it may not suit someone with limited mobility.

Great views, and a comfortable apartment.

location excellent - and the view from the terrace is stunning (there is a fair amount of road noise as the main lake road is just below but we found that OK as we expected it). Air con was really really good - and when we were there Garda was unusually hot - close to 40 celsius - so a lifesaver. Spotlessly clean - and while we we had agreement to leave our bags prior to check in they were actually ready for us at lunchtime. Family run - and family also have a very cute dog.

BIt hard to tell from website which fotos related to our apartment (and Villa's own website inaccurately suggest dishwasher and washing machine). Kitchen equipment a bit limited - fridge was pretty ineffective and not many saucepans - and had to buy a cheese-grater for the parmesan).

Photos misleading they show large rooms and a garden all we had were 2 smallish rooms and a bathroom and the garden pictures must be the owners own garden which you have no access to .also air-conditioning in the bedroom packed up after 2 hours and would not restart. Also no kettle which it says there is

Apartment & location was nice. The owner was not very friendly & there was not enough parking places

The size of the apartment was very big, plus it has a lot of small balconies and one big terrace, which all were very nice. The living room had many sofas and tables which made it very comfortable to spend time during the day and evening. The view from the mail living room was amazing (lake & mountains). Kitchen was well equipped.

The owner was not very friendly. Also she shown us a remote to the air conditioning and said it's working. But later we found out that it is not working at all. It was turning on, but it was not cooling the living room area at all. It was very hot during the day. Also, in the offer description there was info that private parking is available at the location. But post booking we received info from the villa that we can have only 1 parking place (we needed 2). Then owner said that we can park outside property, but it turned out there is no free public parking outside, only for residents. And those few that was "supposed to be free" were actually paid ones and there was no clear info were to pay for them. We would normally cancel such booking and searched for different place (with 2 parking spots for us), but it was a non-refundable offer. So the owners should inform that there is only 1 parking place per apartment in the offer description. Anyway, we were sure we would fit our car inside the property, but the owner didn't want to listen and harshly said "no, it's not possible" without any explanation.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See sind unschlagbar. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, Seife, Spüli,… Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Die Wohnungsübergabe war pünktlich auf die Minute ( wurde im Vorfeld vereinbart). Ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ein paar kleine Reparaturen in den Bädern müssten vielleicht mal vorgenommen werden, aber alles war ohne Einschränkungen nutzbar.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door Lara. Het uitzicht over het Gardameer vanaf het terras was geweldig.

Insgesamt sehr gut, wenn man auf die Hellhörigkeit und die Parksituation nicht achtet

Die Lage ist perfekt, große Terrasse, Wohnung war recht kühl.

Sehr hellhörig, haben unsere Zimmernachbarn leider sehr laut gehört bei alltäglichen Dingen. Parkplätze sehr grenzwertig, man überlegt es sich 3 mal wegzufahren.

Die Lage war einfach perfekt

Die Kissen waren sehr hart und man hatte wie in Italien üblich nur ein gemeinsames kacken und eine gemeinsame Decke. Empfehlenswert wäre ein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern. Es war unmöglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen

La posizione è subito risultata "mozzafiato"!. La casa è piacevole, nel suo piccolo non manca nulla, pulita, e tutto appare ristrutturato da poco e in chiave moderna. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto modo di passare una vacanza davvero gradevole

Ein deutlicher Hinweis auf die Hanglage und die steilen Treppe wäre hilfreich gewesen. Fehlende Belüftung im Bad.
