Convenient and cosy.

It’s super near Yoga Barn, I can practise and eat at Yoga Barn easily, and can walk to the main road easily for more food choices. The place is big and clean, with a fridge and even some books for reading. The kitchenette is next to my room so I can fill my water bottle up any time.

There are many roosters nearby and I got woken up very early every morning, but it’s ok cos then I just attend the first classes at Yoga Barn.

Comfortable, quiet homestay with a lovely family

This was my second stay at Sintya and I was welcomed back by Made and the family. It's a comfortable, clean homestay in a quiet area of Ubud. The location is excellent for Yoga Barn (around 2 minutes walk) and is close to restaurants, cafes, the supermarket and walking distance to the main area around the palace. Having a fridge in the room and a kitchen to self cater is a real bonus. Overall a very comfortable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Superb

Beautiful homely feel. So welcoming and it was lovely being in balinese culture. They even had a birthday party one night and invited us to be a part of it. Such great value for money

I prefer a fan to Aircon personally. Would have also been good to have some soap in the room as I had to go and buy my own. Small issue though and one I'm sure they would have done something about if I mentioned it.

great location, all the great spots are easy to reach from here. helpful and friendly host!! wanted to stay three nights, endet up staying three weeks haha the small kitchen was a nice add on. I can recommend room number one and two if people enjoy the morning sun, I really appreciated that

Close to the yoga barn. Far from the road noise.

The bathroom was a bit too basic, no toilet paper, no soap. The bed was a piece of foam.

Disappointing

Good location, staff were friendly enough

Dirty smelly bath mat that hadn't been washed, old dried urine on toilet seat, excessive mould in fridge seal, shower didn't look clean (soap dish, taps). Photos showed a functional kitchen with pots, pans, and a gas stove. In reality it was just an empty room with a water dispenser. False advertising.

The hosts were friendly and the room was clean. Booked because of the proximity to yoga barn

Very good

The rooms on the upper level had lovely view of treetops and night sky. Gorgeous bird songs, gecko, roosters. The owners and Noni were always helpful. Noni was particularly wonderful. Whatever I needed help with or wanted, they were a accommodating. It was perfect so close to the Yoga Barn. Bed and pillows were firm and clean. A/C worked very well. Fridge was good size in the room. They provided pots/pans/kitchen things. Breakfast was simple fruit and coffee. Sometimes special muffins. I liked to keep some hard boiled eggs of my own to add to the breakfast provided. I would stay there again. Note: sometimes the hot water did not come on. BUT...I figured out if I turned it off, waited a few minutes, and turned it back on ... it worked very well!

Great location in a temple

When I was leaving and waiting for the taxi to pick me up I was given a nice cup of tea and a piece of fruit that was very nice!

The breakfast was just tea and a piece of fruit. Mostly a breakfast is included. My view of the room was ambling wall.

Yoga Barnに通いたい人や、歩いて街をウロウロ見てみたい人には最高の宿！

こちらの家族が皆さんものすごくいい人で、長く滞在したので、たまに「トイレットペーパーを追加でください」などのメッセージにすぐに答えてくださいました。生活の様子なども見れたりしてとても有意義な滞在となりました。すぐ真横にこちらの家族がやってる小さなカフェがあるので部屋で少し食べたい時などに便利でした。私はYogaBarnスタジオでYogaをしたかったので、歩いて３０秒のロケーションが最高すぎました！！！

全部において清潔さが保たれていて、掃除も定期的にしてくれてとても気持ちよく過ごせました！が、バスルームが少しだけ下水の匂いがしたので、そこが気になる人もいるかもしれません。（私はアジア慣れてるので、大丈夫でしてたが）
