Great location and Made and his family are great hosts. Rooms are comfortable and the property is really pretty. Ive stayed at a number of places in Ubud that are also great, but Sintya is where is I usually come back to.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made, the owner, watched over everyone/everything including our belongings if dropped or left unattended. He’s a very honest man.
There was nothing negative about my stay. I actually stayed a total of more than 3 weeks! Just speak up( download WhatsApp) if you need anything such as your room cleaned or more towels. It’s a bargain stay so don’t expect full service.

- Cockroach in the room
- Owner didn't have whatsapp
- Shower's hot water was inconsistent
- Not really a minus point, but there are many steps to get to the room
