Great atmosphere in whole property, had good food and lots to see

Alot of potential but the glory days are clearly behind for this place

Cozy farm feel in the location and setting. Cute animals and little green passafeways.

The place needs ALOT of updating. No clear directions that check in is at the bar (no english cues, staff barely speaks english). The cottage was not properly cleaned, spiderwebs everywhere (bedside tables lamps were the worst). The fridge was yellow and smelled, no options to wash dishes, the only sink was in the toilet but nothing to wash dishes with. Colder nights are COLD, there are open spaces between windows and walls. There was a wasp problem which the staff did nothing about (a lady came to look at the place but nothing came from it), my husband got stung in the throat and we had to put our 2 month old to sleep in the stroller for the night so he would be covered with a bugnet.

Mattresses a bit hard, but still ok. Not enough BBQ fireplaces for all residents.

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and unpleasant primarily due to cleanliness issues throughout the room.

On the upside, the café served tasty meals and the grounds are pleasant for a stroll—but it’s clear the property needs renovation, as many features were broken and neglected. We hope management addresses these issues soon to match the beauty of the location with an equally comfortable stay.

We left with mixed feelings: the room was spacious but the constant hum of the refrigerator all night, the creaky floorboards, and occasional unexplained house noises made it hard to rest. While the space itself offered potential, cleanliness fell short—there were hairs in the shower and urine on the toilet rim, and the fold-out sofa bed was very stained and lacked its own bedding. Adding to the discomfort, the windows couldn’t be opened because of kitchen exhaust fumes drifting in. Although our waiter and one check‑in staff member were friendly, the rest of the personnel felt unwelcoming.

it is a camping not a hotel, restaurant is good but prices are a bit too high

House no.1 - no hot water in the shower, TV is not working, no sink in the kitchen, no cooker in the kitchen (only a kettle), no heating (luckily it wasn't raining and it wasn't cold). Fresh towels every day :) no toilet paper. All in all you can live, but it is more like on a campsite, not in a hotel. And I almost forgot - the door in the toilet is constantly open, you can close it from the inside, but not from the outside - so you sit in the room, and have to look a the WC,

Very beautiful surroundings, lots of activities for children such as mini houses wooden town, slingers, monkey bridge, swimming opportunity in the river, farm animals, for an extra charge one can get jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. Rooms are very beautifully decorated at the suites. Wifi and airco were good. Restaurant food delicious.

I really do not appreciate the pressure (also emails) to pay upfront and not even a single day of a free cancellation after one makes a reservation. Even if you book weeks in advance! I think this keeps clients (like me) away to book again. A few bulbs at the room did not work. One of the kitchen cupboard doors was broken. Jacuzzi has the smell of chloor.

Stuff was really friendly so I loved it. Also a restaurant in Vienkiemis was amazing food was tasty, good portions for the prices :) Liked the area around our house and there were a lot of playgrounds for children to enjoy :) Beautiful nature.

There were no microwave oven and no heating radiator so if you will be with kids you better check all the facilities :) Also there was a problem with water so you have had to wait up like 5 mins to use warm water to take a shower … a little bit unpleasant.
