Przestronny, zadbany i czysty apartament. Wygodne bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Miejsce parkingowe. Po drugiej stronie ulicy znajduje się hipermarket. Ulica Jono Basanavičiaus gatvė jest w zasięgu spaceru, a molo znajduje się około 2 km od apartamentu.
Zbyt wysoko zamocowana słuchawka prysznicowa bez możliwości regulacji kąta nachylenia była nieco niewygodna dla dzieci i dla mnie (łatwo było zmoczyć włosy). Dla jeszcze większego komfortu gości można by rozważyć dodanie wieszaka na ręcznik do rąk w łazience oraz niewielkiej półki lub szafki na papier toaletowy, suszarkę do włosów i kosmetyczkę. Przydatnym uzupełnieniem byłoby również duże lustro w przedpokoju oraz prześcieradło z gumką na rozkładaną sofę.
